Domaine Cordier（蔻蒂酒莊）位於布根地南方馬貢（Mâconnais）產區知名村莊普依-富塞(Pouilly Fusse)。1968年Roger Cordier成立一家小酒廠，當時只有三公頃地。過了五十年，現在蔻蒂酒莊的葡萄園規模逐步擴充到三十公頃，是馬貢產區內最好的地塊。歷經近五十年的傳承，葡萄園規模逐步擴充達到現有的三十公頃，且均是馬貢產區內最頂尖的葡萄園。

馬貢產區精華村莊Pouilly Fuissé 普依富塞是朋丘之外夏多內白酒的知名產區。1968年老莊主Roger Cordier以手中僅有的三公頃地成立一家小酒廠。位於Fuissé村莊的斜坡上，歷經近五十年的傳承，葡萄園規模逐步擴充達到現有的三十公頃，且均是馬貢產區內最頂尖的葡萄園。葡萄園在山坡上的地理位置最佳，並且在鈣質土壤中擁有完美的日光照射。葡萄藤的平均年齡高，單產保持低，這使酒非常濃郁，具有深度和優雅。濃郁的酒體，具有美妙的礦物質氣息和均衡的過桶感。

1987年現任莊主Christophe Cordier接掌酒莊，這位年輕、謙遜又才華洋溢的釀酒師以超乎尋常的嚴格標準來釀酒，採用降低產量、人工採收，使用當地酵母以及最少干預等做法，並以延遲採收等做法讓葡萄達到最佳的糖份與熟成度。Cordier的葡萄酒滋味純淨飽滿，兼具力道與集中度，優異品質加上讓人容易親近的價格，讓 Cordier成為勃根地最炙手可熱的酒莊。

(aging in 350-liter barrels, 10% new; this is Cordier's only Pouilly-Fuissé wine entirely from Vergisson): Bright yellow; a bit clearer than the Vers Cras and Vers Asnières. Inviting aromas of nectarine, ripe peach, orange zest, nutmeg and noble herbs. At once silky, concentrated and quite dry, with excellent acidity and salinity to its pineapple zest and crushed stone flavors. Finishes taut and impressively long.

The 2016 Pouilly-Fuissé En Carmentrant is another of the stars of the lineup chez Cordier, bursting with aromas of honeycomb, Meyer lemon, white flowers and drawn butter. On the palate, it's full-bodied, deep and concentrated, with lovely depth and tangy underlying acidity. Cordier notes that the preponderance of short berries among the fruit produced by this parcel accounts for its structure and intensity.
