🔍同大家介紹一下Joh. Jos. Prüm呢間酒莊嘅威水史

Weingut Joh. Jos. Prüm位於德國Mosel產區內的Wehlen村，說得上是德國最富傳奇色彩的酒莊之一。 想當年Prüm家族在教區拍賣會上買下了一塊園地，之後，家族的所有成員便遷移到該園地。隨著Prüm家族的子孫不斷繁衍所以也逐步擴充園地。最後在1911年分配遺產時，家族的葡萄園被分為成7塊。其中一塊叫做「日晷（Sonnenuhr）」的園區被分配給了Prum酒莊的創辦人Johann Josef Prüm。不過Prum酒莊能聲明大噪卻要歸功於其兒子Sebastian Prüm。Sebastian自18歲開始就在酒莊工作，經過多了的培養和摸索終在1930-40’s 左右建基了Prum酒莊葡萄酒的獨特風格。可惜1969年，Sebastian過世，並由他的兒子Dr.Manfred Prum開始接管酒莊。如今，酒莊由他和他的女兒Dr. Katharina Prüm共同打理Prum酒莊。

位於Wehlen 村莊的Prum酒莊裡一共有4個葡萄園, 當中以Wehlener Sonnenuhr 日晷園最為著名，以果味濃郁著稱。更可說是Mosel中最精華的地塊! Sonnenuhr 德文正是是日晷的意思。因為處於絕佳的地理位置，日照充足、風土條件優良，加上獨特的藍灰色板岩土壤，容易吸收熱能而讓葡萄達到足夠的成熟度，葡萄園另一特色在於異常陡峭，最大的傾斜度達70%, 是Mosel產區裡坡度最陡的酒莊之一。葡萄園保有許多老藤葡萄樹，種種先天後天條件的配合下，不但讓此葡萄園釀出的酒款得以保有品種的清新可人風味，同時兼具長期儲存的發展潛力，以傳達酒款優秀的礦物質風味及深度。

The 2016 Wehlener Sonnenuhr Auslese (AP 1317) is clear, fresh and vegetal/floral on the pretty complex but clear andrefreshingly flinty nose. Bottled with 8.5% alcohol, this is a lush, piquantand well-structured Spätlese with good grip and a perceptible sweetness. Thefinish is intense and complex and reveals a firm mineral structure.
