今時今日要在法國左岸發掘一些名氣不大,而且價廉物美的小酒,實在困難 所有大大小小酒莊都已經變成【眾所周知】..而且在祖國的寵幸下,好多波爾多酒的酒價已超出自身的價值,對此香港做酒的和飲酒的亦顯得十分無奈,雖然如此,Wine Couple 從沒有一刻諗過放棄 💪,在波爾多裡頭,右岸一些小產區仍然有很多酒款值得玩味的😋,如Lalande de Pomerol、Fronsac、Cotes de francs 這些小產區,雖然當中也不乏受中國的酒商和消費者垂青,但對比左岸的列級酒莊,酒價升幅仍然相對溫和,而且流通量也沒這麼大,還未至於被囤貨和炒賣。 講到呢度,當然不得不介紹小編愛區之一☺️Cotes de Castillon,這裡確實隱藏著好多識酒老馬🐴追捧的小酒莊😍
嚴格黎講 Clos Lunelles 其實係小區大酒 😬 背景來頭一點也不少,波爾多酒莊的背後,其實就好似我地睇開塘心風暴一樣的家族關系網,所以小區大酒來講,只可以講酒價和產量比較(小一點)…這支每年產量只有兩萬多支,如不幸被祖國同袍睇中,篤下手指用兩隻貨柜都能裝得晒既酒,他背後的掌舵人正是Gerard Perse,就係Pavie、Pavi-Decesse和Monbosquet的同一莊主,一個將右岸風土玩得出神入化的人,在2001年買下前身叫Chateau Lapeyronie(與Pavie只相距幾公里),Robert Parker形容這家酒莊被Gerard Perse的魔法棒改造了。佔地8.5公頃的葡萄園,平均樹齡45年,由栽植、採收、篩選葡萄、在釀酒過程中所用的人力密集度是該區之冠,酒放在橡木桶陳熟18-24個月,在接管後推出第一年份面世已經被酒界高度評價,同時亦讓Cotes de Castillon 產區知名度不斷提高👍
A beautiful deep purple color and violet highlights proclaim this vintage's ripeness. A rush of fruit—black currant, blackberry and black cherry—gives this wine an honest, aromatically precise presence that is beautiful and brilliant.
The texture is round, tender and powerful on the palate, with tannins enveloped in a soft structure with good mouthfeel that is rich and dense. The finish is mouthwatering, tight and still young. A wonderful wine, not too concentrated, with a generously long finish. The 2009 vintage was a beautiful one, with a potential of eight to ten years more aging, but fine to drink at any time.

Solidly built, with thickly layered fig, blueberry and açaí berry flavors pumping along, supported by still-chewy ganache and tobacco notes. An accent of roasted apple wood drives the finish. The pieces are in place, but this needs to be tamed in the cellar. Best from 2015 through 2023. 1,750 cases made.

This has a lovely balance with dark fruits, cherries and fresh acidity. Full and refined, with lovely fruit. Lovely acidity.
