1️⃣Tasty: 莊主釀酒風格是走細緻路線，fruity得黎也要讓大家感受當中不同味道及複雜性🔄。
2️⃣Accessible: 莊主認為”a great wine is always good”，即從陳熟後賣出市場即開即飲又得、或者陳存3、5、7年後先飲亦得，狀態都會是always good👍🏻。

🌱酒莊葡萄園佔地10公頃，種植了Merlot、Cabernet Sauvignon及Cabernet Franc。平均樹齡40年，採用全人手🤏🏻採收，葡萄經發酵後會放入橡木桶12個月陳熟。

📝實試報告:
經典復古瓶樽身，味道帶甘草、紅桑梅、咖啡☕、雪茄、雲尼拿等。酒體集中帶勁度，酸度適中、餘韻綿長。2011年現在非常適飲，此酒也適合陳存。不用兩舊水一支高質Cordier精選酒款，你識揀啦

Château La Rousselière 2011 has a very dark purple color. The quality of the aging brings a refined touch: the nose subtle notes of balsamic blend with notes of cedar, cigar box.The creamy tannins make the mid-palate very full, suave, it releases aromas of red fruits: raspberry and blueberry. The material is dense, soft and fine, a sign of controlled extraction. The finish on fresh vanilla, milky notes, has the length and class of the great Saint-Estèphe.
