杜卡斯莊園（Chateau Grand-Puy Ducasse）是法國波爾多梅多克產區波雅克（Pauillac）村內的一座知名酒莊，在1855分級（1855 Classification）中被評為五級莊。
杜卡斯莊園（Chateau Grand-Puy Ducasse）與它的孖生姐妹拉古斯酒莊（Chateau Grand -Puy-Lacoste）都源於中世紀 Pauillac 村北部一個名叫“Grand Puy”的莊園，當時 Grand Puy 莊園為 Guiraud 先生所有。之後,他的女兒與 Dejean 紳士成婚，Dejean 便擁有了附近的靚茨伯莊園（Chateau Lynch -Bages）以及整個Grand Puy 的葡萄園。1750年，Dejean 將後來得到的一些葡萄園給了他的債主Pierre Ducasse，而餘下的葡萄園傳給了他的女兒，成為了今天的 Chateau Grand-Puy-Lacoste .
Pierre Ducasse可以說是杜卡斯莊園（Chateau Grand-Puy Ducasse）真正意義上的建立者，他的本職是一名律師，卻對葡萄種植有濃厚的興趣。他繼承家族產業後，不斷地購入波雅克（Pauillac）、聖蘭柏（Saint-Lambert）和聖索沃爾（Saint-Sauveur）三個地區的土地，以擴充杜卡斯莊園的面積。1797年 Pierre Ducasse去世後，他的兒子繼承了這個面積達 60公頃（其中葡萄園面積占比2/3）的莊園，並將其起名為“阿爾蒂蓋·阿諾德-杜卡斯酒莊（Ducasse-Grand-Puy-Artigues-Arnaud）”。1820年，他又在先人購買的小房子原址上建造了酒莊城堡。之後，酒莊在他的女婿 Adrien Chauvet 的管理下，在1855分級中以“阿爾蒂蓋·阿諾德酒莊（Artigues Arnaud）”這一名字被評為五級莊。1932年成立了名為 Grand-Puy Ducasse杜卡斯公司，酒莊也以此命名。
在1971年，數位新股東接手了處於基本停頓狀態的莊園，並重新規劃和擴大了葡萄種植園的範圍。從1980年開始，釀酒廠增加了新的釀酒車間，包含處理收穫葡萄的分揀台和其他設施。在1991年，分揀台被搬到了葡萄園內，以提高人工揀選的品質。目前，杜卡斯莊園的擁有者為法國農業信貸集團（Groupe Credit Agricole）旗下子公司法國農行名莊公司（CA Grands Crus），該公司於2004年入主杜卡斯莊園，其實力雄厚，在波爾多、勃艮第（Burgundy）以及羅納河谷（Rhone Valley）等多個知名產區擁有數座酒莊，它為杜卡斯莊園的發展提供了巨大的人力與物力支援，例如翻新葡萄園和更換釀酒設備。
此外，目前負責杜卡斯莊園葡萄酒釀造工作的是波爾多著名女釀酒師Anne Le Naour，她曾被法國《回聲報》（Les Echos）評為葡萄酒界“最重要的 50位法國女士之一”。杜卡斯莊園的釀酒顧問則是聖埃美隆一級A級酒莊（Saint-Emilion Premiers Grands CrusClasses A）——金鐘酒莊（Chateau Angelus）的老莊主 Hubert de Bouard。
葡萄種植園占地40公頃分為三大地塊，位於 Pauillac 地區 Garonne的沙礫層上。葡萄種植園靠近北部的木桐酒莊（Chateau Mouton Rothschild）、拉菲古堡（Chateau Lafite Rothschild）和龐特卡奈古堡（Chateau Pontet-Canet），葡萄園中部在Grand Puy 區域，而南端毗鄰 Saint-Lambert地域。葡萄藤平均 25年，其中62% Cabernet Sauvignon、38% Merlot。
在手工從葡萄藤上採摘和揀選後，葡萄被運到釀酒室裡去梗，並進行二次揀選。篩選後的葡萄經壓榨後會進入溫控的不銹鋼罐中進行發酵，來自不同地塊的葡萄會分開進行發酵，之後部分葡萄酒液將在新橡木桶中進行蘋果酸-乳酸發酵（Malolactic Fermentation）。發酵完成後，根據年份不同，用於釀造正牌酒 Chateau Grand-Puy Ducasse 與副牌酒 Prelude a Grand-Puy Ducasse 的酒液分別會在新桶比例為30%-40% 與10%-15%的法國橡木桶中陳釀18-24個月。

This has a very attractive bouquet with pure blackberry and raspberry coulis aromas, just that hint of pencil lead leading you towards Pauillac. The palate is medium-bodied with fine tannin, plenty of sappy black fruit and a hint of tar and graphite towards the persistent finish.

The 2016 Grand Puy Ducasse has a clean, fresh blackberry- and iodine-scented bouquet that displays fine vigor and definition. The palate is medium-bodied with crunchy black fruit and plenty of cedar, although it cuts away swiftly toward the tobacco-tinged finish.

A big vintage of Grand-Puy Ducasse, continuing the ambition shown over recent vintages. The coffee bean aromatics are perfectly judged to give an appealing hint of oak, alongside cedar notes and dark cassis fruits. There is an austerity to the opening beats of the wine, and the tannins make their presence felt right the way through. Overall this is excellent.
