醒酒時間大概40分鐘，散發出紅色水果，如紅莓和Cherry香氣，底蘊中淡淡紫羅蘭，點點的稻草、草本氣息慢慢浸出，增添了一層複雜度。入口單寧順滑，酸度適中而不尖銳；酒經過了木桶陳釀，帶有點點的朱古力、咖啡、Vanilla的木桶氣息，展現出一種平衡和優雅的風味。

A blend of 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc, the 2018 Roc de Boisseaux has a medium to deep garnet-purple color and offers up scents of baked blackberries, raspberry tart and blackberry preserves with nuances of espresso, underbrush and bay leaves plus a waft of fungi. Medium to full-bodied, it gives plenty of savory, muscular fruit and a chewy texture with just enough freshness and an herbal lift on the finish.

This rich,juicy wine has an attractive proportion of Cabernet Franc in the blend. With dark tannins and spice balancing black-plum fruits. It is a fine example of this powerful vintage.
