酒莊選擇用100%Cabernet Sauvignon單一葡萄，因為此舉可充分展現Cabernet Sauvignon和該酒莊土壤的特性年產只有2422支，實屬稀有的珍品，在不鏽鋼桶釀造，之後在木桶陳釀18個月，木桶全用上法國桶，50%是新木桶，50%是舊木桶，務求達到最適宜的橡木桶運用

Castellare Di Castellina 酒莊位於義大利托斯卡納產區,以其出產的托斯卡納干紅葡萄酒而聞名,酒莊始建於1977年,酒莊的創始人是Paolo Parnerai先生。Castellare Di Castellina與法國Domaines Barons de Rothschild Lafite( 拉菲羅斯柴爾德男爵集團 )合作在意大利托斯卡納建立過 Rocca di Frassinello 。

Castellare Di Castellina酒莊坐落在Chianti Classico的中心地帶的Castellina村,占地80公頃。它於1968年由五個農場合併而成,其葡萄園占地面積為33公頃,位於海拔高度為370米的地方。Castellare Di Castellina酒莊葡萄園內的葡萄樹年齡在5至30年之間,所栽培的品種包括Sangiovese、Chardonnay. Sauvignon Blanc、Cabernet Sauvignon等。

A pure expression of Cabernet Sauvignon, the Castellare di Castellina 2018 Coniale is a layered and darkly saturated wine that embraces a throwback stylistic preference focused on richness and concentration. Made in one of the most beautiful corners of Tuscany in the Chianti Classico region, the wine sports sweet, ripe tannins with pretty flavors of dark fruit, blackberry, spice and barbecue smoke. This vintage is especially powerful and bold.

Fresh blackberries, raspberries, cherry stones, lemons and sweet basil on the nose. Hints of sandalwood, too. It’s fresh and vibrant with excellent balance and focus, with a medium body and firm, fine tannins. 100% cabernet sauvignon.
