Vina Emiliana (艾美莉安娜) 酒莊成立於 1986 年，但真正起飛是在 90 年代尾時，莊主 Rafael 和 José Guilisasti 很早就察覺到全球趨勢都開始注重健康和環境保護，所以聯同智利生物動力法先驅 Álvaro Espinoza 逐步打造出南美洲第一間生物動力法 + 有機的酒莊 Emiliana ～
時至今日，Emiliana 已經有超過 1000 公頃的有機葡萄園，偏佈智利各大產區，是全球最大有機酒莊！也是最大的生物動力法酒莊！Adobe 系列還是智利國內銷量第一的有機酒款，市場佔有率去到 59.9%！！除了規模之外多個酒款都長年獲各大酒評高分肯定，旗艦酒 Ge 為 JS 2021 智利百大酒榜第 1 位酒款，近年更被 Almaviva 集團 Concha y Toro 收入旗下，可以說是神級智利酒莊之一！

酒莊所奉行的生物動力法是近年非常火熱的風氣，簡單來說是跟從曆法 (類似農曆) 去做所有葡萄園的農務 (例如最重要的播種/採收)，務求在大自然最平衡的時候做最合適的事，還會以天然方法施肥補給 (例如用將牛糞塞進牛角，再埋在泥土中，做出的噴劑) 去強化植物整體的生命力，令植物可以自然地平衡，健康之餘減少很多負面影響 (蟲害/疾病)，是更高規格更自然的有機酒～
【地理優勢】
Colchagua Valley 位於智利中央河谷區釀酒日趨盛行的 Rapel Valley， Rapel Valley 北有 Cachapoal ， 南邊就是近來十分興盛的 Colchagua， 此區擁有日照充足天候穩定的地理環境 。 坐落在此區的Los Robles 葡萄園, 由於位於面朝南的山坡上，夏季時節的午後，太陽偏移時坡地照射不到陽光，日落後冷涼的溫度正好減緩光合作用的進行，讓葡萄緩慢熟成，發展香氣 ， 保持均衡的果酸與糖份。至於土壤結構，因為地處河谷而呈現多樣化，如黏土、沙土、花崗岩等… 這樣的風土，是孕育頂級 Cabernet Sauvignon、 Syrah 和 Carmenere 的溫床。
【關於酒款】
傳奇釀酒師 - Alvaro Espinoza 以 Syrah 為主和其他葡萄品種混釀的旗艦酒款 – COYAM。 「Coyam」意指 「智利橡木」，是一種原生於智利中南部的古老樹種。因這茂密的橡木林圍繞在 Colchagua Valley Los Robles 葡萄園四周，酒款因而得名。
葡萄園海拔 245 米，南向坡度，大部份葡萄未經嫁接，土壤以崩積土的各種火山岩石為主，高排水性的令葡萄根能達到更深處，吸取所需的水份和更多的礦物，近河的位置亦帶來部份沉積的沙和淤泥。採收後以兩條輸送帶進行雙重篩選，用上 9 種葡萄，果皮浸泡過程長達 20-25 天以增加風味，發酵用上天然酵母，18 個月陳熟期用上：
75% 的 225 升法國小木桶 (當中包括全新，已用一次，已用兩次的木桶)
15% 的 2000 和 5000 升的大木桶
和 10% 的 蛋形水泥缸
最後以低程度過濾後裝瓶，非常講究！
小編實試報告：
COYAM擁有紫羅蘭般的紅色，口味複雜多變！明顯的黑莓、煙絲、咖啡和石墨香氣。並帶濃郁的車厘子、李子、藍莓水果氣息。以及清新的薄荷和黑胡椒，甚至還有點皮革和鉛筆的味道。口感非常濃郁，單寧更加絲滑！
小編第二天再飲，仍然是很吸引！集中度仍然很高！整體的結構良好，這價位非常的值！

Always one of the best value reds in South America, Coyam delivers wonderful complexity at the price. Syrah and Carmenère based, with the remaining 25% made up of Cabernet Sauvignon, Carignan, Garnacha, Mourvèdre, Petit Verdot, Malbec and Tempranillo, it’s an elegant, refined blend that shows no sign of the heat of the 2020 vintage. Scented, soulful and well balanced, with underlying stony grip, graceful tannins and layers of plum, red cherry, bramble and blackcurrant.

The 2020 Coyam is a blend of 38% Syrah, 37% Carmenere, 8% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Carignan, 4% Garnacha, 4% Mourvedre, 2% Petit Verdot, 1% Malbec and 1% Tempranillo from the Los Robles vineyard in Colchagua. It was aged for 18 months, 75% in barrels and the rest in foudres and eggs. A rich purple in the glass. The complex note features nuanced aromas ranging from blackberry to blueberry and currant with hints of cedar and spice. In the mouth, it's juicy with a grippy texture and delicate, concentrated but relaxed tannins before the lengthy finish. It seems that the healthy biodynamic vineyard was able to withstand the warmth of 2020. An extremely well-made wine that handled the conditions with aplomb.

A complex nose, showing fresh blackberries, chili chocolate, red plums, peppermint, tobacco and grilled spices. This is a juicy, full-bodied red, showing tight and fine-grained tannins and a bright, minty palate, before a very lengthy finish. 38% syrah, 37% carmenere, 8% cabernet sauvignon, 5% carignan, 4% garnacha, 4% mourvedre, 2% petit verdot, 1% malbec and 1% tempranillo. From biodynamically grown grapes. Vegan. Drinkable now, but better after 2024, when the assertive tannins will have softened more.
