Domaine des Lambrays 蘭布萊酒莊位於法國 Burgundy 勃艮第 Cote de Nuits 夜丘的 Morey-Saint-Denis 莫雷-聖丹尼村，是勃艮第最古老、最負盛名的葡萄園之一，層被法國歷史學家 Gaston Roupnel 形容為：「 可止靈魂之渴的美酒 」。2014 年被全球奢侈品巨頭 LVMH Group 酩悅軒尼詩-路易威登集團收購，酒莊以一絲不苟的態度創造卓越品質，一直出產頂級葡萄酒佳釀，被譽為“夜丘瑰寶”，在眾多參考文獻資料中，被列為全球最佳 100 款葡萄酒之一。

Domaine des Lambrays 最早的文獻記錄可以追溯到 1365 年，曾經是 Abbaye de Citeaux 西多修道院所屬的葡萄園。在法國大革命時，教會財產被沒收拍賣，直到 1836 年時由 Nuits-St-Georges 的酒商 Joly 家族收購，之後又幾經轉手，終於在 1979 年輾轉至 Saier 兄弟手上，投入重金升級現代化釀酒設備以提升品質，並立即向法國產區管理機構 INAO 申請將 Clos des Lambrays 升級為特級園，主因是它夾在另外兩塊特級園 Clos de Tart 和 Clos St-Denis 之間，屬於同一個中坡(同海拔)且風土相同，1981 年 Clos des Lambrays 順利升為 Morey-Saint-Denis 村的第五個特級園。隨後兄弟兩人又聘請當時年僅 34 歲的年輕釀酒師 Thiery Brouin 掌管酒莊的重建和發展。1996 年這塊特級園被 Freund 夫婦收購，後來老園主辭世後，遺霜無力經營，其後代對繼承酒莊並無興趣，便在掛牌出售，直到 2014 年 4 月世界奢侈品巨頭 LVMH 集團宣佈以一億歐將其買下，成為這塊特級園的主人，重新回到法國人手裏，標誌著地產和文化會永久性得到保護，而且酒莊不會因為產權的分割而影響品質和風格。Thierry Brouin 自 1980 年擔任釀酒師達 37 年之久，雖然酒莊不斷換手經營，但都是他操刀掌管 Domaine des Lambrays 的釀酒業務，也是讓此園於 1981 年升級為 Grand Cru 特級園的最大功臣。目前酒莊的總監為曾於 Clos de Tart 酒莊擔任釀酒師的 Jacques Devauges，接替前任釀酒師 Boris Champy 以及 Thierry Brouin，繼續釀造品質卓越的迷人佳釀。

Domaine des Lambrays 蘭布萊酒莊幾乎獨享一座同名特級葡萄園 —— Clos des Lambrays 蘭布萊園，是勃艮第 33 個頂級葡萄園之一，是 Morey Saint Denis 村裏五個特級園之一，分別為 Clos de la Roche、Clos Saint-Denis、Clos de Lambrays、Clos de Tart 和 Bonnes Mares (Chambolle-Musigny 和 Chambolle Musigny共有)。Domaine des Lambrays 擁有「幾乎」Clos des Lambrays 特級園所有的地塊就可以獨佔該園，另一個共用此園的酒莊是 Domaine Taupenot-Merme 所占的地塊則十分袖珍。因此 Lambrays 酒莊不能在葡萄酒酒標上標註「 Monopole 獨佔園 」字樣，所以只能號稱是：Quasi-Monopole (幾乎獨佔園)，而為之飲恨。

占地 8.67 公頃，展現出 Morey-Saint-Denis 莫雷-聖丹尼村最為純淨的一面。由主要 Clos des Lambrays 和北方 Les Bouchots 與東南方 Meix Rentier 等三個微氣候組成，土釀的組成卻相當不同，地勢較低的地塊以致密的紅色黏土質石灰岩土壤為主，地勢較高的地塊以多石的泥灰岩為主。坡面向東，陽光充足溫暖，西邊有有村莊級地塊幫忙擋夜間冷風，因此葡萄保有著足夠的酸與細緻原味。此處的酒風以豐富、濃郁口感和優雅結構著稱，年輕時圓潤飽滿，隨著歲月流逝愈發深邃醇厚，展現出美妙的香氣、優秀的力量感與複雜度，非常具有個性。

目前，Domaine des Lambrays 蘭布萊酒莊共擁有 9 塊葡萄田，包括位於 Morey Saint Denis 莫雷-聖丹尼的 1 塊 Grand Cru 特級園 Clos des Lambrays 蘭布萊園，2 塊 Premier Cru 一級園葡萄田以及 4 塊 Village 村莊級葡萄田，還有位於 Puligny-Montrachet 普裏尼-蒙哈榭一級園 Les Folatiere 和 Clos du Cailleret 的 2 塊葡萄田。

Clos des Lambrays 蘭布萊園一共分為三個地塊，Meix Rentier、Les Larrets、Les Bouchots。Meix Rentier 位於斜坡坡底，面積為 1.1 公頃；Les Larrets 位於斜坡上，占地 5.7 公頃，是 Clos des Lambrays 最主要的構成部分；Les Bouchots 占地約 2 公頃，位於 Clos des Lambrays 的北部，與 Clos St.Denis 相望。

Clos des Lambrays 的地勢十分陡峭，葡萄樹生長的方向幾乎與地面垂直。這樣特殊的地形既有利於通風，又能夠有效地避免陽光直射對葡萄表皮造成的灼傷，而葡萄樹的生長則能防治水土流失 —— 土地與作物之間唇齒相依，互利共贏。葡萄園的土壤類型隨坡面的下降而變化，坡頂遍佈岩石，地表覆蓋著一層淺薄的紅土，出產的葡萄風味較為優雅；而坡底地勢相對平坦，土壤主要為深厚的黏土，當中還有一口水深 8 米的古井，這裏出產的葡萄風格更加強勁有力，頗具“外柔內剛”的屬性。Clos des Lambrays 內種植的葡萄品種是 Pinot Noir 黑皮諾，樹齡從 30 年、50 年到 60 年不等，甚至還有樹齡更老的葡萄樹。

釀酒時，葡萄由人工採摘和篩選，通常帶梗發酵，發酵容器是 10 只敞口的不銹鋼罐，發酵時間從 15 天到 18 天不等，期間會定時淋皮和踩皮，使酒帽與汁液充分接觸。發酵結束之後，將所得的自流汁與壓榨汁進行混調，接著通過重力作用將酒液引入小橡木桶中熟化 18 個月，期間換桶兩次。不同地塊的葡萄園新橡木桶的使用比例不一 (Clos des Lambrays 特級園為60%，其餘為30%) ，每兩年更新一次。最後，葡萄酒不下膠，只經過輕微的過濾便裝入瓶中，等待出售。

This is such a perfumed wine with deceptively soft tannins and great fruit. The acidity is classic for the vintage, with raspberries and intense freshness at the end. It has a fine line of tannins and a life that will go far. Drink from 2022.

Good bright red with a healthy, concentrated red fruit nose overlaid by a lick of oak. This is pleasingly concentrated on the palate, deep red fruit rather than black, plenty of oak but judiciously integrated. Balanced and stylish with medium density – what this vintage is all about.

It is blessed with a winsome bouquet. As usual, there is something very natural, unimposing and refined on the nose: blackberry and briary, a hint of graphite, a subtle leafiness maybe, and yet delineated and very pure. The palate is lively and energetic with crisp tannin, black rather than red fruit, linear and very classic in style with what you might call a "cool" marine-influenced finish that has fine salinity. What a great Clos des Lambrays that will put a smile on the face of those that adore refined Burgundy.

A notably spicy, fresh, cool and floral nose displays mostly red berry fruit scents that are trimmed in discreet wood notes. There is excellent cut and definition to the nicely rich and attractively textured flavors that culminate in a presently austere finale though I doubt that austerity will persist. This is a relatively fine and forward vintage for Clos des Lambrays and one that should be approachable after only 7 to 8 years of bottle age.
