Chateau Sociando-Mallet 2010 索西昂多馬利酒莊 Haut-Medoc《 風土系列 - TF1013A》

Sociando Mallet公認的高質加上超高性價比令他一直都是資深酒友間的寶藏之一～最有話題的莫過於在1982年歐洲酒評團(The Grand Jury Europeen)評比中，打敗百款波爾多紅酒，僅輸給Chateau Pichon Lalande拿下亞軍寶座！1996年份更拿下冠軍！自此名氣一直不減，當然也伴隨各大酒評的多年高分肯定～

酒莊在1633建立，當時的主人是當地貴族Sossiondo, 不知道是相近還是誤傳，後來就變了做Sociando. 直到1831年，酒莊當時的主人Marie-Elisabeth Alaret嫁了給一位海軍Achille Mallet，自此就把姓氏加上，成為Sociando Mallet. 近代在1969年被Jean Gautreau接下，當時酒莊狀況很差，只剩下5公頃葡萄園，建築也失修，但Jean卻獨具慧眼，看中這裡的風土，而確實這裡的高比例礫土能比一般Haut Medoc種植更高比例的Cabernet Sauvignon. 如今酒莊已發展到八十多公頃，由女兒Sylvie接手。事實上葡萄園亦好接近Saint Estephe Montrose, 所以亦經常被酒評認為帶Saint Estephe氣息，Robert Parker甚至稱其為平民版Latour/Montrose！並稱其為最耐陳的波爾多之一～

Sociando Mallet亦是波爾多中注重風土的表表者，除了有高質土壤外，是極少數從不除葉也不做綠色採收的酒莊！認為多餘的葉可以幫助光合作用產生更多糖份，也可幫葡萄遮陰，更認為產量應該由自然去決定，不採收多餘的葡萄去刻意令餘下葡萄更集中，是真正表現波爾多風土的代表之一！甚至有愛好者認為這就是Sociando Mallet特別風味的成因！

🏅 Stephen Tanzer 92分：

Good bright red-ruby. Pungent, expressive nose offers black raspberry, blueberry, bitter chocolate, leather and flowers. Densely packed, juicy and sweet, with excellent inner-mouth energy to the black raspberry and mineral flavors complicated by sexy smoky oak. Lovely ripeness and vinosity here. Finishes with substantial firm tannins that will support a couple decades of graceful evolution in bottle. Like some past outstanding vintages of Sociando-Mallet, this will make a great ringer in future tastings with classified growers from the northern Medoc.

🏅 Vinous 90+分：

The 2010 Sociando Mallet has a well defined, pure bouquet with blackberry, bilberry and light estuarine scents that gently waft from the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with grainy tannins, a fine bead of acidity and good weight. It just needs more complexity and terroir expression on the finish. Give this another two or three years. This is one wine where I have encountered better bottles. 

🏅 Jancis Robinson 17/20分：

Blueish purple. Nose not that intense. But really rich on the front palate. Purple fruits. Not that St-Estèphe but very seductive. (I tasted this blind in a flight of St-Estèphes.) Lots entrenched here. Ambitious.

實試報告:

酒架宏大，充滿紅椒、薄荷葉、黑加倫子、熟成車厘子及淡淡紫羅蘭花香，香氣吸引誘人。抖氣1小時左右，香氣及味道變得更強烈多變，西梅、桑梅、甘草、Mocha、雲呢拿、Meaty等也能感受，酒體及口感也變得豐富厚實，整體酸度舒適，餘韻悠長，總體各方面也表現平衡，絕對係極具實力的Haut-Medoc，大力推薦。2010年份狀態大勇，此酒也可適合陳存。
