Chateau Chauvin 2014 舒文酒莊, Saint Emilion Grands Cru Classes《醇酒系列 - F197D》

🔎酒莊擁有悠久的歷史，最早可追溯至16世紀，在1852年被當時剛收購了Château Cheval Blanc的Jean Fourcaud-Laussac一併收購，之前有買過我地支06 Chauvin 都知佢個標同白馬同一設計，1891年，由現任掌門人的祖父維Victor Ondet買下，酒莊的現代史自此開始。1954年St. Emilion有了第一次的分級制度，此時的Chateau Chauvin已在名單當中。2014年酒莊被Sylvie Cazes和她的孩子 Julie, Pierre and François Régimbeau一起收購，從此翻開了ChâteauChauvin新的一頁，亦是Chauvin 的全新演繹，他們更新了酒標，以1929年的酒標為底稿增加了舉著獅子旗的愛神Cupid，獅子旗代表著St. Emilion這塊土地，Cupid代表著他們對這塊土地的熱愛。Cazes家還聘請了著名的釀酒師Michel Rolland作為釀酒顧問。在他管理下，葡萄採摘期推後，葡萄的挑選也更加嚴格。

Chateau Chauvin的葡萄園坐落在一塊單獨的土地上，表層土壤為沙礫和粘土，底層富含鐵礦石。園裡種植著75%Merlot，20% Cabernet Franc和5% Cabernet Sauvignon。葡萄樹平均樹齡為30年，全手工採摘後，60%在新木桶中陳釀16個月。15年對於酒莊來說，是個精彩的年份，得到Wine Advocate 91pts，James Suckling 94pts的評價，新主入手，新人事新作風，開創了酒莊的新高度

📝👅Tasting Note ：紅果、草莓、雪茄盒和少許薄荷的清涼感，單寧緊致收斂，帶明顯的黑朱古力香氣，透氣一個半小時後，散發出咖啡、太妃糖、香料、煙熏的氣息。整款酒濃郁飽滿，張弛有度，隨著時間推移，不斷比你有更多的期待😋，甚有大酒格局。

This is the first vintage of this new purchase by Sylvie Cazes, a leading figure in the Bordeaux wine scene. A classed growth, it's richly fruity yet structured and firm, with dense tannins and layers of delicious black fruit. With its tannins still well at the fore, it will need to age further, so drink from 2022.
