這款明星陣容的新晉世界級酒莊一直是某屈的 exclusive，年份較新的 2014 都要 $798，標著 Aged Release 的 1500ml 2012 去到 $1800 大元！而我們剛好為大家搜羅到更適飲但卻更抵飲的 2010 年，要試當然從 Wine Couple 入手呀～

首先要知道明星陣容的強大！

1. 其中名氣最強的當然是布根地酒莊 Comte Liger-Belair 創始人 Louis-Michel，他家的頂級酒 La Romanee 新年份已經升到接近 $100000 一枝... 所以也不用多說，是非常當打的頂尖人物！

2. 為技術總監的知名智利釀酒師 Francois Massoc 畢業於 University of Burgundy，已有 25 年在世界各地釀酒經驗的他最終情歸智利，決心在這裏打造 Burgundy 風格的智利酒。其中 Aristos 用上 Burgundy 葡萄 Chardonnay 的白酒已被 Wine Advocate 的 Luis Gutiérrez 認同為 "world class" 世界級！

3. Pedro Led 也是 3 間頂級酒莊 Almaviva、Montes 和 Errazuriz 的釀酒顧問，3 間都是台灣葡萄酒教父陳新民的"智利十八羅漢"。熟悉智利風土的他對如何釀出頂級 Cabernet Sauvignon 非常有想法，他從 03 年就開始尋找這種風土，足足用了四年時間最終才找到這塊智利海拔最高的高質風土。

Aristos 位於 Cachapoal，十八羅漢中的 Altair、Santa Carolina Herencia 等頂級名莊都是來自這裏。Duque 這塊單一園位於安地斯山脈的山腳，海拔超過 1000 米，有南向傾斜 15 度坡度，要知道在南半球的話南向反而是減少日照，能避免葡萄在炎熱 + 高山日照強的智利過度成熟，加上安地斯山脈下降的冷空氣，令果實可以慢慢成熟帶出更多風味。主要是沖積和崩積土壤，充滿礫石和黏土。葡萄果實在小型不鏽鋼桶中發酵，在智利客製的木桶用上法國購買的優質木料，陳熟 24 個月後取得完美平衡。

The 2010 Duque D'A Cabernet Sauvignon is superb, in fact close to the benchmark 2014. It's juicy and balanced, clearly much better than my previous assessment.

🏅 Falstaff 93分：

Strong ruby, purple reflections. discreet bright rim. Intense fresh berry fruit, hints of raspberry, lemony note, floral touch, an attractive bouquet. On the palate juicy cassis, freshly structured, fine tannins, mineral finish, good length, an aromatic style.

🏅 James Suckling 92分：

A fruit-forward style of cabernet from Chile, yet it remains fresh and lively with pretty acid and tannin balance. Full body, fine tannins and a tangy finish. A high altitude wine from the Burgundy genius Louis-Michel Liger-Belair, Francois Massoc and Pedro Parra. Give it two or three years to come together.

🏅 Jancis Robinson 17/20分：

Lots of stoniness but masses of ripe fruit with an edge of leafiness. Lots of energy here. Really tastes intense and bright like a high-altitude wine.
