這葡萄酒並沒有過山車那種迫力，也沒有摩天輪的規模，但透過這支酒，卻可以令喝酒的人，享受到一次充滿變化的小旅行…是令人想再喝的葡萄酒，就想再乘一次遊樂場的旋轉木馬一樣

🧐 『Chateau Giscours』被評為3級莊的美人魚🧜🏻‍♀‍，早期的美人魚確實質量不大穏定，直至1995年當時年僅24歲修讀MBA Finance的Alexander Van Beek，他原本只打算在銀行實習前的空檔到Giscours 參與兩個星期的兼職採收工人，結果最後卻當上了酒莊的營運經理，剛離開校園(仲要唔係本科人仕)，年紀輕輕卻身居要職，証明這個來自荷蘭的小伙仔絶不簡單，一上任便將莊園大面積重新栽稙，把Cabernet Sauvignon 的比例提高️，而且增加栽種密度（到最後有多達130000葡萄樹需重新種植）。

不消幾年時間，酒莊出品已經回復到列級莊的水平而且往後每年品質逐步提高，從酒價就可反應巿場對他品質的認同，而酒莊將Margaux區外的63畝葡萄園所釀制的葡萄酒裝瓶為Le Haut Médoc de Giscours，雖然Le Haut Medoc de Giscours和他的副牌La Sirene de Giscours對比以前酒價相應提升了不少，但依然有價有巿、而且Haut Medoc跟副牌、甚至正牌品質差距不大...所以性價比超強，而且酒莊早在90年代引進了一種叫「逆滲透濃縮葡萄汁」的設備，這也解釋為什麼Giscours 能在不好的年份也能保有一定水準的秘密之一，令酒友對呢支旋轉木馬的美人魚🧜🏻‍♀‍愛不釋手，一玩再玩，一飲再飲

The 2016 La Sirène de Giscours is a very pretty second wine from Giscours.Pliant, supple and inviting; the 2016 has so much to offer, including a level of pure immediacy that will make it nearly impossible to resist. Floral overtones and silky tannins add to the wine's considerable allure. There is so much to like here.
