💁🏻‍ 超特別的 “混釀之美”，說的不止是單單一般的波爾多葡萄混釀，而是以波爾多葡萄品種為基酒，再調和著隆河品種 ➡️ 釀出獨特的 ”復刻版” 😂 實在十分罕有❗

🔍 Super Second二級酒莊Leoville Las Cases (雄獅) 自法國大革命以來一直由 Delon 家族經營管理，目前莊主 Jean Hubert Delon 於2000年繼承家業 (包括 Medoc的 Potensac 和 Pomerol 的 Nenin) ，2011年聘請擁有葡萄栽培與釀酒學背景的 Pierre Graffeuille來當任CEO🙋‍♂️。ODYSSEE 正是Pierre Graffeuille與好友 Matthieu Dumarcher結合創新的獨特酒款🍷將 Medoc與 Rhone Valley兩個地理位置偏遠的產區葡萄混釀調配而成，讓釀酒師充分掌控各款葡萄風格，盡情揮灑出最好的特式🤗，此酒打破了法國法定產區的對葡萄的限制，所以只能灌上VDF 地區餐酒，這種誇產區的合作不多，今次兩位主角份量更加舉足輕重，這款集兩家之大成，南部風情混合了波爾多的優雅而富層次，結果一支酒能同時給你兩大法國產區的享受😋

💁‍♀️🏻講番支酒，係官網睇到支1908年的Moulin Haut Laroque酒標，已經話比我地知酒莊歷史唔簡單，Herve 家族歷史可追溯到1607年，正式紀錄在19世紀已經是Fronsac區釀酒裝瓶，沒有像其他酒莊交替易手這麼頻繁，對於出品穩定有莫大的幫助🏻。而Herve家族植根於Fronsac產區，酒莊佔地16公頃，而當中最矚目的，莫過於樹齡🌳，有著過百年的Malbec同70年樹齡的Cabernet Franc，而酒莊平均樹齡也有45以上，全人手採收和篩選葡萄是最基本的了，18個月橡木桶陳熟，35%會用上新桶，最後當然唔漏得的一個名就係釀酒顧問Michel Rolland所加持。

神之水滴形容🗣️: 不使用除草劑、在柔軟泥土培養出來的葡萄釀造。一款穩打穩紮、名產區、質素上佳酒款，你無理由錯過。

此組合發揮出來的效果大家能夠想像得到，波多Cabernet Sauvignon 的單寧感被 Grenache 柔化，Rhône 一向的果醬 Fruity style又呈現出波爾多細膩優雅的一面，帶良好酸度，紅花香氣，有紅、黑布冧、黑嘉侖子等混集成的水果併盤，還有山渣、薄荷、衫木等氣息，入口柔順，回甘也有Syrah 的辛辣刺激感，雖然整支酒的層次不是走複雜路線，但論葡萄品種和產區之間的融和度非常高，並不像其他有名無實的盲混，而且水果直接的穿透力令人印象深刻，估計歸功於自然派 Matthieu Dumarcher的功架，飲過呢支Odyssee令我好想試下呢位只是40出頭的釀酒師在隆河的自家出品，after taste 餘韻交足功課，此酒尚年輕，估計在未來日子尚有更大發展空間。當刻只想到來自雄獅的Cabernet Sauvignon，就算是副牌料都唔平，以價論酒，值飲😋

Pierre Graf’s blend of Médoc and Rhône material is a thing of beauty. This has a riot of ripe red and purple-berry aromas with a wealth of fragrant, floral and cocoa-powder notes. There’s a smooth and succulent feel to the gently grainy palate that holds super fresh and seamless into the juicy finish. Polished and delicious blend of 63% cabernet sauvignon from North Medoc, 23% grenache from Rhône Valley and syrah from Rhône Valley.
