🔍Domaine de La Janasse 創立於1967年，歷史雖然唔長，但憑著一己實力已擠身在教堡區列強之中，Robert Parker對他的評語 : Domaine de la Janasse is one of the great winemaking estates of not only France， but of the world。他嚐過Janasse 的酒，直認有Burgundy的Grand Cru感覺，用出名細膩的布根地來形容一向強勁粗獷形象的隆河🤔，正是因為Janasse能給予一種細膩優雅，芬芳純正的感覺。莊主Aime Sabon 從他父親及祖父接過15公頃的葡萄園發展到現在90公頃，雖然已將酒莊交給由釀酒科出身的兒子Christophe Sabon打理，但自己仍會充當著幕後軍師，協助打理酒莊大小事務，再加上太太Helene和女兒Isabelle從Toulouse大學釀酒科學成歸來，一家四口子共同參與管理酒莊，合力將Domaine de La Janasse打造成教皇新堡的典範，歸功於少莊主Christophe採用低溫浸皮再發酵，避免過度萃取，所以Janasse做出細膩而帶溫柔，醇厚而豐滿的風格，可以稱得上剛柔並重👍🏻

🔍Chaupin是酒莊的頂級Cuvee，採用100% Grenache釀制，其中有部份來自超過100年的老滕 (1912年)，Robert Parker形容有Burgundy的Grand Cru感覺就係呢款，因為Janasse能給人一種細膩優雅、芬芳純正的感覺，每年只產萬2-萬6瓶。

📝The 2012 Châteauneuf du Pape Cuvee Chaupin, which I was able to taste (and drink) from multiple bottles, is a beautiful Grenache that comes from the cooler, northeastern edge of the appellation. Coming almost all from the Chapouin lieu-dit (it gets a small bit from La Janasse), it gives up the classic notes of black berries, spring flowers, violets, and licorice that I always seem to find in this cuvee. Building nicely on the palate, it is medium to full-bodied, beautifully textured, has tons of sweet fruit and solid, if not firm, tannin that come out on the finish. It will be better in another couple of years and have 15+ years of overall longevity.
