Chateau Senejac 位於法國波爾多左岸Haut Medoc產區，子產區包括有Pauillac, Margaux, Saint Juluen, Saint Estephe等名星產區，Haut Medoc產區本身都雲集 5家1855年分級的列級莊，同接近90間中級莊，喺波爾多不可劃缺嘅優質產區～

同佢嘅明星子產區一樣，Haut Medoc 嘅泥土都有大量嘅礫石可以幫助葡萄成熟，由其令到Bordeaux代表品種Cabernet Sauvignon 更穩定同更成熟～而Senejac仲要位於最南端 Parempuyre 鎮西郊含有豐富礫石嘅砂地上，風土絕對唔輸蝕！

曾經喺中級莊嘅Senejac 一向喺性價比嘅代表～連出名毒舌嘅Jancis Robinson都曾稱2010 嘅Senejac係當年最愛的中級莊之一！！

1999年開始由前Chateau Talbot 莊主Lorraine Cordier 買入後，酒質開始進步，Lorraine去世後，由他的姊妹Nancy Bignon Cordier經營，配上以Alfred Tesseron為首的Chateau Pontet Canet釀酒團隊處理，再加埋多間1級莊嘅釀酒顧問Eric Boissenot加持，品質無庸置疑！

The 2018 Sénejac has an attractive bouquet of blackberry and raspberry fruits, touches of graphite and pressedflowers. l admire the precision of this Haut-Medoc. The palate is medium-bodied with fine-grained tannins, welljudgednew oak (25%) and a touch of dark chocolate toward the finish. This has real panache and class and comes highly

recommended.

The 2018 Senejac is deep garnet-purple colored with a nose of warm berries, earth, herbs and tobacco plus floral notions. The palate is full-bodied and rich with fine-grained tannins, nice freshness and good length.

Decanter 90 pts

A violet-edged, austere style. You can feel a real pull inwards and upwards through the palate that emphasises redcurrant rather than raspberry fruits. It has relatively chewy tannins on the finish. An enjoyable wine that should age.
