小弟技安迷戀💕Beaujolais 產區是人所共知的事😍,在今年遠赴法國參加可能是最後一個Vinexpo Bordeaux ,在展會裡頭待在 Beaujolias 的展區Beujonomie 頼死唔走,即場比試了三四十間不同酒莊的出品,最後揀選了這家心水酒莊。與莊主 Gregoire傾談之下,最令人驚喜的是這家 Domaine Gregoire Hoppenot 是剛成立的新酒莊,2018年是他的第一個年份👀,表現令人驚艷👍🏻,由於我的迅速行動,所以香港成為了他第一個出口的國外巿場😂。Gregoire 也是從酒商和幫人管理酒莊轉身成為擁有自己酒莊的莊主兼釀酒師,他曾幫 Chapoutier 打理在Beaujolais 新收購的 Maison Trenel ,也是因為Beaujolais 地價還是較平的關系,才能給予新酒莊和年青釀酒師們尋夢的空間,Gregorie 帶著老婆和3個小朋友全家人一同迎接新的挑戰,分別在 Fleurie 和 Morgon 擁有10公頃的葡萄園,超過十年活躍於 Beaujolias 產區的經驗,也令Gregorie對這區的風土瞭如指掌,小弟十分佩服他在 Beaujolias 挑選葡萄園的眼光,而且酒莊正推行 Organic 栽種,將會在2019年獲得相關認証。

A new domaine – 2018 the first vintage. You may recollect Greg’s name – he was one of the senior team at Trenel but has since decided to concentrate on his own, new, domaine. He’s converting the vineyard work to organic, and already has an impressive 10 hectares of vines, mainly in fermage. The wines were bottled last week, oh, and I love his labels! Grég says of his winemaking “All whole cluster, 12-15 day cuvaison and I stop when it tastes right – but fermentations never go above 30 degrees”


混合了 Les Roches 和 Garants Climat ,也混合了新舊樹齡,老樹提供了酒的結構,而新樹提供了新鮮的果汁感 ,全串葡萄放在混凝土缸浸漬12日,然後7 個月陳熟於混凝土缸。

2018 Fleurie ‘Origine’ Mainly young vines between3-6 years of age from Roche and Garants. A lovely floral nose. Fresh, good texture, direct, open, easy – not ultra deep but very delicious. Faintly saline with good finishing weight. Delicious


📡另外新鮮滾熱辣在8月13日剛收到 Wine Advocate 給予這家新酒莊 的The Origines Fleurie 93 pts ❗️很難想像第一個新年份的酒莊入門級就這麼高分評價的肯定,同時也証明我地揀酒眼光獨到😆,唔講名氣,唔講大莊,Beaujolais 這區本身就沒有太多傳統的包伏,用酒直接說服各位酒友的味蕾。

The debut release of Grégoire Hoppenot’s 2018 Fleurie Origines wafts from the glass with pretty notes of blackberries, raspberries, licorice and orange rind. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, supple and layered, with melting tannins, an ample core of succulent fruit and a nicely defined finish. This is well worth seeking out.
I encountered the wines of this new domaine during my tastings in Villefranche organized by the Inter Beaujolais, and Hoppenot's debut offering impressed me enough to merit special mention. If he can sustain this level of quality, importers should beat a path to his door.
