Chateau Bastor Lamontagne 2016 Sauternes 巴斯特酒莊貴腐 Sauternes 《醇酒系列 - F770A》

Chateau Bastor-Lamontagne（巴斯特酒莊）是法國波爾多Sauternes（蘇玳）產區的酒莊之一，亦為Union Des Grands Crus De Bordeaux（波爾多酒莊聯合會）的成員之一。

巴斯特酒莊擁有52公頃獨特的矽質土及粘土沙礫葡萄園種植地。酒莊的法文名字來源於18世紀時的一位主人——Chevalier de la Montaigne（蒙大涅）騎士，他是波爾多議會的議員，於1711年成為這座城堡的主人。

巴斯特酒莊目前的葡萄園面積為52公頃，其中有80%的土地用來栽培賽美蓉（Semillon），有20%的土地用來栽培長相思（Sauvignon Blanc）葡萄。當葡萄達到理想的成熟狀態後，酒莊會通過人工方式繼續採摘。採摘後的葡萄經過篩選後，會通過傳統方式進行釀製。釀製得來的葡萄酒之後會再在30%新的法國橡木桶中熟成16個月，然後在酒莊內裝瓶。

巴斯特酒莊共出產兩款葡萄酒，即正、副（Les Remparts de Bastor-Lamontagne）牌的干白葡萄酒。目前的年平均產量為6至8萬瓶。數百年發展下來的巴斯特正牌葡萄酒由於其清爽、細膩、溫和的口感，一直被世人稱之為“現代蘇玳”(Sautemes Modeme)酒，是一款非常適合飲用，同樣也適宜作為開胃的餐前酒。雖然該款葡萄酒可以被長時間保存，但由於它酒性的優雅與活力，也是一款適合釀成初期品嚐的葡萄酒。此外，巴斯特酒莊的副牌酒入口即可感受到它濃濃的果香及馥郁的口感。

Pale lemon in color, the 2016 Bastor-Lamontagne leaps from the glass with candied lemon peel, apple tart, nutmeg and honeycomb scents plus a waft of fresh hay. The palate reveals impressive depth with loads of honey-nut and earthy accents with the citrus and apple layers, finishing perfumed.

Orchard fruit, lemon confit and white flowers are all nicely lifted in the 2016 Bastor-Lamontagne. Gracious and airy instyle, as it usually is, the 2016 Bastor is one of the more delicate Sauternes readers wil come across in 2016.
