第三代莊主 Anne-Claude Leflaive

於 1717 年成立，去到 1990-2015 接手的第三代莊主 Anne-Claude Leflaive 是酒莊成為生物動力法和布根地標竿的靈魂人物～Leflaive 在 1996 年全面奉行 Biodynamic 生物動力法，Anne-Claude 在位期間也將酒款擴展到 Macon 區，大家也能喝到更相宜的精彩酒款～

而現在 Leflaive 的 Montrachet 除了拍賣價格外，在 Winesearcher 已經是十大最貴的酒，更是 Leroy Domaine d'Auvenay 以外最貴的白酒，均價去到港幣 $139024/枝！(25/07/2023)

Anne-Claude Leflaive 在 2015 年過生後由第四代的現任莊主 Brice de la Morandière 接手，是第一代 Joseph Leflaive 的曾孫。聯同 2017 的新任釀酒師兼 Managing Director，前 Domaine de la Vougeraie 的大師 Pierre Vincent 更進一步令 Leflaive 酒質提升。

這款 Le Clavoillon 位於另一名園 Folatieres 下坡，酒體較輕，也較早熟，85% 為 Leflaive 擁有，所以也是 Leflaive 的 Premier Cru 酒款之中的招牌之一。更是 Brice de la Morandière 剛剛接手後的好年份，講究的酒友可一試前後分別。

"Many people believe that it was a horrible year due to the frost, following good vintages in 2014 and 2015. But in reality, when you look at the wines themselves, 2016 is quite a good vintage. If it were not for the mildew it could have been fantastic."

Enough reduction is present to push the underlying fruit to the background. Otherwise there is a similar sense of energy to the slightly rounder and softer medium-bodied flavors that aren't quite as mineral-driven or complex but do offer fine persistence on the balanced finish. 🏅 Wine Advocate 90分：

The 2016 Puligny-Montrachet 1er Cru Clavoillon is already quite expressive, wafting from the glass with pretty aromas of pear, wheat toast, peaches and honeycomb, with citrus top notes on the upper register. On the palate, the wine is medium to full-bodied, elegantly textural and pure, with ripe acids and a surprisingly open-knit profile, falling a little short on the finish. This is a delicious bottle of white Burgundy, but it doesn't seem to possess the concentration and cut of a great vintage.

🏅 Vinous 90分：

Sexy if rather reticent aromas of peach and minerals suggest moderately ripe grapes. In a cooler style in the mouth, offering good breadth but not the clarity of the 2017 version. Finishes with good dusty persistence but I wanted a bit more verve.

🏅 Decanter 90分：

In the past, Leflaive’s Clavoillon was often quite blocky, but the cuvée has become more and more elegant over time. This 2016 shows a pure and high-toned bouquet of lemon oil, white flowers and a delicate scent of peach. The wine is glossy, medium-full and sappy, with moderate concentration and depth.
