馬拉狄酒莊(Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere ）位於法國波爾多格拉夫產區，酒莊始建於18世紀，原名“Domaine de Lagraviere”。在1959年正式確立的格拉夫分級中，共有16座酒莊被評為列級莊，其中紅、白葡萄酒均被列級的酒莊僅有6座，馬拉帝酒莊便是其中之一。

18世紀末，Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere被Malartic家族收購，Malartic家族內有一個成員是法國海軍上將，這位海軍上將曾在英法戰爭，特別是1756年的魁北克戰役中立下赫赫戰功。1850年，Arnaud Ricard夫人購買了Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere。她為了紀念Malartic將軍和Malartic家族，將“Malartic”這個名稱加到了酒莊名中，從此Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere代替了原來的酒莊名，並一直沿用至今，而且酒瓶上還以風帆戰船圖片作為酒標。1890年以前，Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere一直由Ricard家族掌管。1901年，酒莊傳給了Angele Ricard，隨後又傳給了Angele Ricard的孫女Simone,Simone隨後嫁給了酒莊的經理Jacques Marly。Jacques Marly在1947至1990年間一直管理著Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere，是Ricard家族最後一位經營這座酒莊的後人。1990年，Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere被出售給Perrier家族。在購下Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere之後的7年內，Perrier家族並沒對其做太多的改變。

1996年末，Chateau Malartic-Lagraviere再次轉手，此次接管的是一對比利時夫婦Alfred-Alexandre Bonnie和Michele Bonnie。隨著Bonnie家族的加入，酒莊在資金充裕的條件下進行了進一步的革新，葡萄園面積比原來上升一倍，釀酒設備亦全部更換為現代化設備。酒莊目前還聘請了優秀的釀酒顧問Michel Rolland和Athanase Fakorellis在酒莊工作。

酒莊擁有53公頃的葡萄園，位於幾百萬年前因沖積作用形成的砂礫丘頂，地理位置優越，酒莊名字裏的“Lagraviere”在法語中即為“礫石”之意。葡萄園內土壤表層覆蓋著深達8米的排水性和吸熱性都極佳的礫石層，其下又分佈著含海洋貝殼的石灰岩土壤，既能為葡萄樹提供必需的營養物質，又可儲藏大量水分。園內葡萄種植密度為10,000株/公頃，其中紅葡萄占46公頃，分別為45%赤霞珠（Cabernet Sauvignon）、45%梅洛（Merlot）、8%品麗珠（Cabernet Franc）以及2%味而多（Petit Verdot）。 白葡萄占7公頃，種植比例為80%的長相思（Sauvignon Blanc）和20%的賽美蓉（Semillon）。

從1997年開始，保尼家族開始在酒莊內實行可持續發展種植方式。酒莊採取諸多措施為葡萄園創造一個平衡多樣的生態環境，如不使用化學殺蟲劑，同時在園區建蜂巢，在休耕地塊種植鮮花……這一系列的努力促使酒莊先後在2008年和2015年獲得了可持續農業（Agriculture Raisonnee）認證和高環保價值（Haute Valeur Environnementale，簡稱HVE）認證。

在釀酒方面，馬拉帝酒莊的釀造車間全部以重力自流法（Gravity Flow）原理作業，發酵前會在震動篩選臺上對葡萄經過兩次精挑細選。酒莊的釀造車間建成於1998年，由建築師Bernard Mazieres專門設計，呈八角形佈局，配備有20個溫控圓錐形的小型不銹鋼罐和10個橡木桶，能對不同地塊收穫的葡萄串進行單獨發酵。馬拉帝酒莊的酒窖被認為是產區內現代化程度最高的酒窖之一。在能容納1,200個橡木桶的酒窖中，酒莊每年都會將25%-35%的舊橡木桶換成新桶，用以陳釀經調配後的酒液。酒莊還有一個能容納200個橡木桶的小型酒窖，專門用來陳釀白葡萄酒。紅葡萄酒每年用50-70%的新桶進行陳釀，橡木桶熟成期一直達到22個月。白葡萄酒每年用40-60%的新桶進行陳釀，橡木桶熟成期到達15個月。運用蛋清進行裝瓶前的過濾。

Aromas of grilled pineapple, clove, lemon peel, lime pith and green mango. White pepper, crushed stones and some cedar, too. It’s medium-to full-bodied with bright acidity. Layered and very long. Serious white. Needs time to open and show more. Exceptional form here. Drink from 2023.

🎖 Wine Advocate 92-94 pts

Composed of 76.1% Sauvignon Blanc and 23.9% Semillon, the 2019 Blanc was harvested from the 4th of September to the 16th of September. It is aging on the lees in French oak barrels, 55% new, for an anticipated 12-14 months. It comes skipping out of the glass with vivacious, cheery scents of white grapefruit, lime leaves and orange blossoms with wafts of white peaches, coriander seed and beeswax. Medium to full-bodied, I LOVE the intensity and texture on the palate, with an electric line of freshness and loads of citrus and mineral layers paving the finish.

🎖 Decanter 94 pts

Crisp and bright Sauvignon character but with added depth, flesh and mouthfeel that comes across in a lovely expansion through the mid palate, and slate walls to drag things down to a snail's pace through the finish. Accomplished and classy with savoury stone fruits and rosemary edging.
