Domaine Leflaive 樂飛是公認的頭號頂尖名莊，因為其易認的標誌酒標，所以中文亦被稱為孖雞/公雞。連稀世珍釀的作者陳新民也說：「任何一本討論頂級酒款的書，就必有 Domaine Leflaive。」Leflaive 也是 Robert Parker 世界最偉大酒莊之一。

第三代莊主 Anne-Claude Leflaive

於 1717 年成立，去到 1990-2015 接手的第三代莊主 Anne-Claude Leflaive 是酒莊成為生物動力法和布根地標竿的靈魂人物～Leflaive 在 1996 年全面奉行 Biodynamic 生物動力法，Anne-Claude 在位期間也將酒款擴展到 Macon 區，大家也能喝到更相宜的精彩酒款～

而現在 Leflaive 的 Montrachet 除了拍賣價格外，在 Winesearcher 已經是十大最貴的酒，更是 Leroy Domaine d'Auvenay 以外最貴的白酒，均價去到港幣 $139024/枝！(25/07/2023)

Anne-Claude Leflaive 在 2015 年過生後由第四代的現任莊主 Brice de la Morandière 接手，是第一代 Joseph Leflaive 的曾孫。聯同 2017 的新任釀酒師兼 Managing Director，前 Domaine de la Vougeraie 的大師 Pierre Vincent 更進一步令 Leflaive 酒質提升。

 Les Folatieres 位於較陡的上坡處，是村內最佳的一級園，風格為酒體豐潤，酸味強勁且平衡優雅。葡萄為手工採摘和分揀的，在法國橡木桶（其中 20% 為新桶）陳釀 12 個月，不鏽鋼桶陳年 6 個月後裝瓶，2016 年是品質非常優異但量比較少的年份。這款酒在香氣表現上有非常濃郁的奶油氣味，夾雜一些檸檬蛋糕、桃子和春天的花朵，整體架構非常有活力，現在就非常適合品飲，或者也可以陳年到 2027 年左右。
