Capturing the elegance and traditional values of Italy, Atilius finds its roots in an ancient land known for its style and verve for living well and having uncompromising tastes.

Like any household name, Atilius’ humble beginnings have taken it far from its home in 14th century vineyards, capturing the heart, spirit, and liquid of nature, eager to expand its horizons as a true ambassador of Italian excellence.

Charismatic and convivial, Atilius is at home on the cottage dining table as well as filling flutes at Paris fashion week. Ever evolving with modern times, but all the while still capturing the simplicity of well-leavened focaccia or a carefully crafted Chianti bottle from a family vineyard.

【Traditional brewing process】

The wine is made using traditional vinification methods, usually fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the distinct character of the fruit. Aging in oak barrels for an appropriate period of time blends the flavors and adds complexity.

Intense ruby red 🍷 Atilius Nobilis is a simple, charming wine 🍇, notable for its bright red fruit aromas, with delicate and persistent violet notes typical of Sangiovese wines ~ 😋 showing complex and dark cherry 🍒, raspberry, with hints of clove and spice 🌿. Rich fruity and aromatic palate, medium-bodied with good structure and a smooth, velvety texture.
