Mee Godard - Beaujolais 新星韓裔女釀酒師

Mee Godard 擁有一副亞洲面孔，出生於韓國，九個月大時被法國一對夫婦收養。在法國接受教育，之後前往美國俄勒岡州立大學攻讀葡萄酒科學專業的生物化學學位，更當食品科學與技術系的研究生完成碩士學位，當中研究多酚類(葡萄酒抗氧化成份)和植物生理學。回到法國後再在蒙彼利埃 Montpellier 修讀釀酒學，是很紮實的學院派。

完成學業後，在 Burgundy 布根地和 Champagne 香檳區都實習過，當中包括 3 間布根地名莊 Domaine Chanson、Comtes Lafon 和 Corton André。其後因在一次品酒之旅中對 Morgon 的酒感到驚訝："Beautiful wines, beautiful atmosphere and beautiful landscape. Apparently, this was the good combination." 所以最後就在 2013 年初，選擇了在 Beaujolais 開始自己的釀酒師旅程～

Mee 除了買到心愛園地，同年還懷孕了，但在最應該快樂的時候，丈夫 Henri Godard 卻覺得耕作太辛苦，竟然一走了之... 無奈地 Mee 就成了要獨力撐下酒莊的單親媽媽，從網站的介紹影片中，就看到手抱骨肉去 Tasting... 不過 Godard 幾年後都回歸了 Mee 身邊，延續 Mee Godard 這個名字。

現在而有多塊葡萄園，而且每塊都是高質名園，包括 3 塊在 Morgon：

1.7 公頃 Côte du Py

2.3 公頃 Corcelette

1 公頃 Grand Cras

一塊在 Moulin-à-Vent：

超過 1 公頃 Les Michelons

從一開始，她就以 lutte raisonnée 耕作，即是只在最需要的時候才用農藥，在 2016 已真正奉行有機，現在已有部份奉行生物動力法，最終目標是全面實行生物動力法！看到上圖有種著老樹又有蚯蚓的土壤就知道風土的健康～

Mee 也很有野心，在 2014 年即第 2 個年份已電郵聯絡 Jancis Robinson 團隊，希望能一評自己的酒！結果經過團隊的 Tamlyn Currin 一輪品試後，都給出了高度評價，也難怪 Mee 這麼有自信～

到目前為止，她釀的所有年份也被證明了是非常出色，即使有著年份差異，都顯出了優秀釀酒師的一致性和透明度。

"All her vintages have so far proved to be excellent, if different from one another, demonstrating the consistency and transparency of a good winemaker."

她的酒是那種隨著時間會一直美麗地演變進化的葡萄酒，但在年輕時也很吸引。它們有力量，但也有著靜美優雅的結構，單寧極致細膩，酸度像小提琴一樣，高音同時流滑悅耳。它們能在最好的餐桌生色，但在野餐時也能帶來同樣的愉悅，甚至不需要食物襯托也能享受。

"They are wines that evolve beautifully with age, and yet they are compelling when young. They have power, and yet a tangible quietness. The tannins are super-fine, the acidities strung like a violin. They’re wines that would grace the finest table, but would give equal pleasure on a picnic. You don’t need food to enjoy them."

Godard 的酒永遠不會出錯，我從一開始就經常品嚐 Mee’s 的葡萄酒，可以毫不猶豫地說，它們是最經典的博若萊葡萄酒之一。

"you couldn’t go wrong with any Godard wine you can lay your hands on. I’ve been tasting Mee’swines pretty much from the start and can say without any hesitation that theyare some of the classiest beaujolais around."

Mee Godard Passerelle 577 是更是三枝得到 Jancis Robinson 18/20 高分的 Morgon 酒之一，能給出這分數無疑是最好的 Beaujolais，甚至是最好的紅酒之一～
