Alto de Cantenac Brown 2019 肯德布朗莊園白酒 Bordeaux Blanc《醇酒系列-F269C》

Alto de Cantenac Brown 由瑪歌區3級莊 Chateau Cantenac Brown 從 2011年開始釀造的白酒，酒莊擁有一塊涼爽的石灰質粘土地，只有1.8 公頃的面積種植著90%的 Sauvignon Blanc 和10%的 Semilion ，每年產量很小，只約9000多瓶。酒莊立志要釀造能夠媲美頂級Sancerre 風格的白酒，具直爽、礦物、芳香、美味，在餐桌能夠配上食物所帶來的樂趣。葡萄全用人手採收，冷凍運輸，在惰性氣體中緩慢壓榨，在橡木桶中進行發酵，完成後再放木桶陳熟一年。

近年有更多的左岸列級莊回歸釀白酒的潮流，除了最出名的 Chateau Margaux 及 Haut Brian Blanc 一白難求，貴族享受，其他列級莊亦相繼加入行列，如Lynch Bage、Talbot 、Cos-d'Estournel 和La tour Carnet 等等都有自家白酒，而且價格和質量👍🏻，打破Haut Medoc 只有紅酒的傳統形象，係時候試試用 Alto de Cantenac Brown 配上大家的海鮮餐了～

The 2019 Alto de Cantenac Brown is wonderfully bright and airy. Pretty tropical accents add character to a core of lemon confit, orchard fruit and white flowers. A kiss of new French oak and passionfruit punctuates the finish.
