在2011年的全球香檳矇瓶試飲大賽中，黑桃王牌香經由多位知名酒評家、侍酒師、葡萄酒作家在不知道品牌的狀態下，從一千支香檳脫穎而出，奪得「全球香檳第一名」的殊榮並獲得96分的絕高讃揚。

Champagne Armand de Brignac，英文名Ace of Spades，中文名為黑桃A香檳。這款香檳由Cattier家族釀制，屬於Champagne Cattier酒莊的獨立品牌。Cattier酒莊位於香檳區Chigny-les-Roses村，自1763年就在此釀酒擁有兩百多年歷史，是個小型家族酒莊。如今的莊主Alexandre Cattier為第11代家族成員，酒莊只有18名員工。該酒莊擁有深達30公尺的酒窖，提供香檳最佳的陳年環境。不僅知名葡萄酒作家Jancis Robinson給予極高的推崇，也同樣獲得無數酒評家的讃賞。因為創造了Armand de Brignac品牌而名聲大噪，出售到世界最奢華的場所。2021年2 月 22 日，在這個成雙成對的日子裏，LVMH 旗下Moet Hennessy宣佈和Armand de Brignac“喜結連理”，收購其 50% 的股權，從此將和另外 50% 股權的持有者，著名黑人說唱歌手 Jay-Z 共同管理品牌。

用於釀造Champagne Armand de Brignac的葡萄為 3 大香檳靈魂品種：Pinot Noir、Chardonnay和Pinot Meunier，均來自香檳產區內的一級園或特級園。酒莊秉持可持續種植法，並獲得法國政府頒發的高環保價值 3 級認證（HVE Level 3）。

Champagne Armand de Brignac所有酒款均由 3 個年份的基酒調配而成，並且只選用“頭汁”， 和“尾汁”不同，“頭汁”來自果肉，含糖量和酸度都更高，用其釀出的香檳品質更高。從採摘到裝瓶，全由家族第 12 以及 13 代傳人帶領的 18 名釀酒師及工匠親力親為，純人工釀造。在對待酒瓶包裝上，酒莊同樣不含糊。在酒瓶上手工粘貼金箔的想法來源於卡緹耶家族，每位工匠每小時只能完成 20 個，因此每瓶Champagne Armand de Brignac都與眾不同。

然而，品飮佳釀絕非專業人士的特權，由於Champagne Armand de Brignac純手工製作的時尚金屬外瓶設計，使它成為時尚名流圈的寵兒，知名嘻哈歌手Jay-Z更欽點此香檳出現在他"Show Me What You Got"的MV中。其他諸如Tom Cruise,Justin Timberlake,GeorgeClooney也都為它的愛好者·2012年初更有一名利物浦的金融家在酒吧花費20.4萬英磅購買多瓶Armand de Brignac獻給在場賓客，創下世界酒吧消費的新紀錄。

Armand de Brignac Ace of Spades Brut Rose的瓶身顏色少女感十足，這款香檳中 50 % 為來自香檳重要產區Montagne de Reims上種植的老藤Pinot Noir，為其帶來濃郁的果香，造就了這款香氣明快，紅果氣息層次分明，並混合了一絲烘烤麵包香的桃紅香檳。

The Armand de Brignac NV Brut Rosé is an intense salmon colored blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 40% Pinot Meunier and 10% Chardonnay sourced in the Montage de Reims, Côte des Blancs and Valée de la Marne and comprises the vintages of 2009, 2010 and 2012. The bouquet is intensely fruity yet clear, fine and well-defined. Full-bodied, round, vinous and elegant on the palate, this cuvée reveals a grippy mineral freshness and lingering structure. Persistent finish. Powerful yet pure. The cooler the better. Tasted from magnum and lot L107D8 in April 2018. The 750-milliliter bottle sells for $400.
