The hand-picked grapes are planted for drying in fruttai hill until January and then be crushed and processed with traditional red vinification with prolonged maceration for 20/25 days; once you finished, the wine is racked and transferred to oak barrels for two years.

After this period we proceed all'imboottigliamento and aging in the bottle for several months.

TASTING NOTES

Color: deep, intense, with shades grenades.

Smell: complex, spicy, with hints of cinnamon, cherry jam and fruit in alcohol.

Taste: rich, with hints of black cherry, vanilla and coffee grounds.
