羅斯柴爾德家族(Rothschild)，是歐洲乃至世界久負盛名的葡萄酒及金融家族。曾經在19世紀就被譽為世界“第六帝國”，產業涉及廣泛，金融、礦業、珠寶、葡萄酒…我們熟知的拉菲古堡、木桐酒莊、作品一號等等，背後都指向同一個龐大的家族帝國 - Rothschild Family。家族的標誌性圖案“五支箭”，代表18世紀最早形成的5個兄弟家族。現如今，家族的三大分支菲力浦羅斯柴爾德集團、拉菲羅斯柴爾德集團和艾德蒙羅斯柴爾德集團分別擁有自己的葡萄酒產業，各自經營，在葡萄酒界也早已經擁有了不可忽視的影響力。本世紀初，家族成員提議重聚三大家族的力量，在香檳產區建立一座新酒莊。經過幾年的尋找與探索，從2005以家族名字命名的香檳品牌誕生了——羅斯柴爾德香檳。

2009年，羅斯柴爾德香檳首次上市，羅斯柴爾德家族又在葡萄酒事業上展開了新的篇章。這款香檳的族徽，代表了家族的百年家訓——同心協力，誠實守信，注重文化，羅斯柴爾德家族三位葡萄酒巨頭的簽名也罕見地附在了背標。

在選取釀酒品種時，雖然酒莊團隊發現使用黑皮諾（Pinot Noir）和莫尼耶（Meunier）釀造香檳相對而言更簡單，但經過深思熟慮，他們決定在釀造香檳時，將霞多麗（Chardonnay）作為主要的混釀品種，因為它能造就羅斯柴爾德香檳獨一無二的精緻與優雅。酒莊的霞多麗主要來自白丘（Cote des Blancs）被評為特級園（Grand Cru）和一級園（Premier Cru）的村莊，包括阿維茲（Avize）、克拉芒（Cramant）和梅斯尼爾-奧格（Le Mesnil-sur-Oger）等。而黑皮諾葡萄主要產自韋爾茲奈（Verzenay）、艾鎮（Ay）和艾河畔-馬勒伊（Mareuil-sur-Ay）等地。

羅斯柴爾德香檳的風格以優雅而著稱，出產的香檳酒款類型包括有極幹型（Brut）、 特極幹型（Extra Brut）、桃紅（Rose）、白中白（Blanc de Blancs）以及年份香檳（Vintage）。其中，經典酒款羅斯柴爾德極幹型香檳（Baronsde Rothschild Brut, Champagne, France）呈淺金色，氣泡細膩、豐富且持久，散發著梨、杏、新鮮榛果和一些白果及些許奶油蛋捲的香氣，風格直接活潑，口感圓潤，帶有一定的力量感。

此Concordia Brut混釀了60% Chardonnay，加上40% Pinot Noir。85%來自特級園和一級園，至少陳釀4年。當中包括40%基酒，是卓越品質和水準穩定的標誌。
