Querciabella 酒莊位於意大利中部 Tuscany 托斯卡納的 Chianti Classico DOCG 經典基安蒂產區的 Greve 鎮。成立於 1974 年,當時 Giuseppe (Pepito) Castiglioni 是一位企業家亦是葡萄酒愛好者,由於對葡萄酒的衷愛在 Tuscany 山坡位置購買僅有一公頃葡萄園,夢想釀出濃郁且優雅的葡萄酒。經過數十年來的發展,酒莊如今擁有跨越 Chianti Classico 和 Maremma 產區占地100多公頃的葡萄園。 




後來他兒子 Sebastiano Cossia Castiglioni 一起投身於紅酒事業,秉持環保理念以可持續方式種植葡萄。1998 年莊園轉為有機種植,成為義大利首批施行有機種植的酒莊之一,並獲得有機認證。之後 2000 年開始施行生物動力法,不添加任何化學或人工的添加劑,從葡萄栽培到修枝剪葉,收穫都在特定的日曆指導下進行,因其在自然農法栽種葡萄的突出表現而享有盛名。Wine Advocate 前主編 Antonio Galloni 評到:酒莊近年來的發展勢如破竹,我對這些酒的讚譽無以復加,所有的優點值得認真考慮。酒莊從來沒有強調他們目前採用生物動態種植,他們也無需強調。因為他們的酒足以說明一切。”




莊園在自然環保、生物動力法方面的成就離不開現任莊主 Sebastiano Cossia Castiglioni 的努力,他自身既是一位素食主義者,也是一位宣導“動物資源友好零殘忍”人士。在他的帶領下,酒莊發展出一整套獨特的純植物式生物動力釀酒方法,杜絕從葡萄園到灌裝的整個釀造過程中使用任何動物源性產品。莊園不僅徹底地遵循這些生物動力法的方法,還通過養殖蜜蜂等增加生物多樣性來創造完整的生態鏈,成為大量蜜蜂族群的庇護所,建立具有自然活力的生態系統,為酒莊帶來健康和更具風味的葡萄,這也為酒莊能夠釀出真實反映托斯卡納地區風土多樣性、口味和諧的葡萄酒,打下了出色的基礎。

Querciabella has been on a roll over the last few years. I can’t say enough good things about these wines, all of which merit your serious consideration. Querciabella doesn’t make a big deal about the fact that their vineyards are now biodynamically farmed, but then again they don’t have to?the wines speak for themselves.


Widely recognised by critics around the world as the ultimate white Super Tuscan and one of Italy’s greatest white wines, the illustrious Hugh Johnson once described it as “a dream of a white” worth comparing with a Burgundy Grand Cru.  


In the words of Jancis Robinson MW OBE more like a “successful Corton-Charlemagne than Bâtard-Montrachet”.




Batar 採用 50% Chardonnay 和 50% Pinot Bianco 混釀,Chardonnay 種植於海拔 350 米坡向朝南的 Casaocci Sud 和海拔更高處的 600 米 Il Pallonaio。Casaocci Sud 葡萄園 Galestro 土壤富含片岩的黏土賦予葡萄酒豐富的水果味和花香,Il Pallonaio 大量的砂岩 Galestro 土壤提供豐富的礦物質感和新鮮感。而 Pinot Bianc 種植於海拔 400 米朝北斜坡上,由片岩和粘土組成的 Galestro 土壤賦予葡萄酒奶油般的口感和宜人的柑橘味。採用生物動力理念管理葡萄園,低產量 25hl/ha,並得益於對橡木桶的精細運用,一方面減少對木桶的依賴,另一方面採用多種不同的木桶紋理熟成,提升質感與豐富度,法國橡木桶發酵 9 個月,20% 新桶,釀出具有異國情調的水果氣息和平衡精緻的木桶誘惑。

The 2020 vintage is more herbal than usual, with sage, thyme and a citrussy character, then its typical peach kernel core. The attack is full, silky, concentrated and textured, yet vibrant on the finish.One of the most sought after white wines of Italy, with proven ability to age, Batàr originates from vineyards in Ruffoli, in Greve in Chianti, some of which reach 600m. The Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco grapes are fermented and aged for nine months in French oak. It's a very classic white SuperTuscan (first vintage was 1988) with a stylish Corton-Charlemagne attitude.

Intense nose of cedar, smoked almond, mango puree, papaya and lemon pie. Full-bodied, dense and creamy with delicious praline and pie-crust character, balanced by just the right amount of lemony acidity. From organically grown grapes. Vegan.

The organic 2020 Batar offers fresh, citrusy tones with lemon curd and candied peach.  This barrique-aged white also offers mid-weight density and plenty of orchard fruit, saffron and light spice.  It concludes with fresh acidity.

The 2020 Batar, Querciabella's Chardonnay/Pinot Blanc white, is laced with hints of tangerine oil, jasmine, spice andpear. Light tropical accents appear later, adding gorgeous nuance throughout. The move towards high elevationvineyards and picking earlier yields a Batar endowed with terrific freshness and plenty of style.


🏅 Wine & Spirits 92 pts

This barrel-aged blend is equal parts chardonnay and pinot bianco. It’s bold and heady with flavors of poached pear, buttered pineapple and vanilla bean couched in a rich, saline-inflected texture. Cool mineral tones emerge after an hour in the glass, along with scents of orange blossom and chamomile that lift the finish.


🏅 Wine Spectator 90 pts

A fresh, light-bodied white, offering peach, apple, butterscotch and baking spice flavors. Vibrant and well-defined, verging on creamy in texture, with a lingering citrus finish.
