酒莊Champagne Delot成立於 1933年，至今已有90年歷史。酒莊坐落於香檳區Cote des Bar產地的心臟地帶Celles Sur Ource，這區擁有優秀風土及氣候。這裏是整個香檳區種植Pinot Blanc最多的地方。由於Cote des Bar是很接近Burgundy 布根地的Chablis 及Cote d’Or產區，尤其是Chablis，所以酒體也能感受到較多礦物。酒莊的宗旨是”to produce great champagnes”，顯淺而明，而當小編們試過酒後，也絕對感受到酒廠誠意。難怪酒廠的眾多酒款也獲獎。

酒莊在2018年獲得 Terra Vitis Ecological Certification，致力在種植/釀造及保護生態環境方面達至平衡。酒莊不但遵從傳統方式釀酒，也會把一些現代的新思維加入去微調釀造，所以會保持”question ourselves to seek progress”不停突破。

此Legende酒款用上100% Pinot Blanc (白皮諾) 釀造，市場上用上Pinot Blanc來釀造香檳是非常少見。當然因為酒莊坐落於Celles Sur Ource，此產地也是全個香檳區種植最多Pinot Blanc的地方，酒莊們對如何種植靚Pinot Blanc自然得心應手。此酒除了用獨特來形容外，當然也有相當豐富複雜的層次，是一款不能錯過的香檳。

官方Tasting Note:

Appearance: clear pale yellow goldcolor with deep pale yellow reflections.

Olfactory: lime blossom, apple, pear, menthol, smoked limestone, candiedgrapes, peach, quince, almonds.

The palate: supple and fresh attack, creamy and meltedeffervescence. Pulpy and delicate fruitiness with fragrant nuances andsupported by a fresh and well-integrated lemony acidity. Fresh, slender,elegant, ethereal finish.
