Drappier Champagne 坐落於 Urville 的核心地帶，自 1808 年以來一直釀造著精緻的香檳。擁有跨越八代的悠久歷史，始終保持著家族經營管理的傳統，掌握了融合傳統與創新的藝術，釀造出體現真實優雅和對土地深深敬意的香檳。

生產的香檳不僅供應王室貴族飲用，也曾在 1965 年被法國前總統戴高樂選為私人招待用酒；也是在 2003 年在法國召開的 G8 高峰會期間，法國用來招待各國元首的重要香檳品牌，由此可見 Drappier 香檳的獨特魅力。

Drappier Champagne 位於 Aube 省的 Urville 市，屬於香檳區最南端的分區。目前葡萄園占地 70 多公頃，還有 50 公頃租地葡萄園，其中種植 70% 的 Pinot Noir、15% 的 Pinot Meunier、5% 的 Chardonnay、以及 5% 的古老品種，例如 Arbane、Petit Meslier 等等。秉承了 Cote des Bar 山坡的獨特風格，黑皮諾已“流淌在家族血液之中”。這裡的土壤中含有大量侏羅紀晚期的 Kimmeridgian 石灰岩，富含海洋微生物化石，釀造出的香檳口感緊致、醇厚，富有層次感的香氣和獨特的礦物質感，也構成了 Drappier Champagne 的典型特色。

酒莊只選用初榨的葡萄汁，酒莊尊重葡萄的天然起源、每種葡萄的特性、每片風土的精華，甚至是每個單獨地塊的特點，致力於發揮每款酒的潛力，讓每個年份的酒款都獨樹一幟。在釀造過程中減少人工干預，裝瓶前不進行過濾，極少添加二氧化硫，將每升香檳中的硫含量控制在 30 毫克到 45 毫克之間，不到法定含量上限的 1/4。因此，Drappier Champagne 色澤更加自然，呈深金色至銅色，香氣更加濃郁和純淨。

Drappier Champagne 自有葡萄園已全部獲得有機認證並通過 ECOCERT 認證，按照有機和自然的方式進行管理，不使用除草劑或殺蟲劑，利用鋤頭進行人工除草，採用馬拉犁耕，實行土地休耕，通過控制地面植被，促進生物多樣性，保證葡萄園的自然平衡。

酒莊關注氣候變化，這也使得 Drappier 香檳成為通過 ECOACT 認證的碳中和香檳酒莊。為了減少溫室氣體，使用天然製冷酒窖，引進電動汽車和拖拉機，同時不再使用燃料化石能源，堅持自發電 ( 75% 的光伏發電 ) 和低碳瓶 ( 80%的回收玻璃 ) 等措施，就連 Antoine 的愛馬 Ida 也參與有機種植的地塊耕地，以減少碳足跡並防止土壤侵蝕，是一間非常有愛有心的傳統酒莊。

這款 Rose de Saignee 葡萄浸皮2天萃取顏色和芳香物質，基酒僅取自頭汁第一次溫柔壓榨，在重力的作用下自然沉澱發酵，不過濾，低硫，30個月on lees，香氣清新而複雜~

The NV Champagne Brut Nature Rosé is also 100% Pinot Noir and gets its pale pink hue from short maceration with the grape skins. It pops with fruity aromas of fresh raspberry, redcurrant, and crushed seashells, while the palate is more focused with citrus of grapefruit peel, pomegranate, and saltiness on the finish. It is a lovely, food-friendly rosé that would be fantastic with roast chicken.

The latest rendition of Drappier's emblematic NV Brut Rosé de Saignée is performing well, bursting from the glass with notes of red berries, plums, orange oil and ripe orchard fruit. Medium to full-bodied, fleshy and textural, it’s vinous and enveloping, with a generous core of fruit, succulent acids and a saline finish.
