Champagne Pommery（伯瑞香檳）坐落於法國香檳產區 Reims 中心，占地50公頃，是 Reims 中心區規模最大的酒莊。

Discover the prestige Cuvée of the Pommery champagne house, the Cuvée Louise 2006 in its natural version. Cuvée Louise is naturally poorly dosed, but the temptation was too strong to create a non dosed vintage, thus as a Brut Nature.
The Louise cuvée is reserved for the most exceptional vintages and 2006 is a very generous one.
This Louise 2006 remains "naked", as close as possible to the wine. It is a champagne of its time, of an absolute purity that expresses the quintessence of the oenological know-how of the House of Pommery. To be discovered to learn a little more about the finesse of the wine. The closest expression to purity, as if to prove that the great champagne wines sometimes need no artifice.
The robe is a deep gold, and the nose, floral and creamy. It offers notes of quince paste and candied plum. In the mouth, the attack is perfectly frank. The finish reveals a subtle bitterness with delicate notes of citron.
An outstanding classy champagne which is delicious when served with a salmon tartar, a foie gras pan-fried with fleur de sel or macaroons for dessert.

This has a gorgeous nose of pie crust, biscuit, dried apple, hazelnut and citrus rind. Very fine and creamy with sharp acidity. I like the biscuity character. Persistent. Wonderful complexity, elegance and finesse. 65% chardonnay from Avize and Cramant, plus 35% pinot noir from Ay. Drink or hold.
