酒莊葡萄園面積為30公頃,其中有45%用來栽種Merlot、35% Cabernet Sauvignon,5% Cabernet Franc,其餘的5%為Petit Verdo,葡萄樹平均樹齡為30年,土壤為礫石和黏土。完全用手工採收葡萄,採收下來的葡萄在攝氏5度低溫下浸泡15天,利用乾冰發酵7~10天後再進行一個星期的浸泡發酵,酒精發酵溫度控制在攝氏25到30度,發酵後放入法國橡木酒桶中12個月熟成,每年重新28%的橡木桶

"The 2017 Charmail is a blend of 38% Merlot, 38% Cabernet Sauvignon, 13% Cabernet Franc, and 11% Petit Verdot. Deep garnet-purple colored, it delivers notes of Morello cherries, plum preserves and blackberry compote with hints of pencil shavings and fragrant earth. Medium-bodied, very fresh, elegant and juicy, it has lovely purity and a lifted finish."
