㊙️前言 : Cru Bourgeois 一向被視為 Medoc 區1855年一至五級莊分級制度下另一個很重要的分級制度，第一張中級莊清單遠早於1932年由 Bordeaux Chamber of Commerce 與 Chamber of Agriculture 草擬。中級莊雖然名聲遠不及列級莊，但口啤還是相當正面的，對於一般平民百姓飲家以幾十元到百多元的價格來講，這些中級莊們是性價比之選，質量有保証，飲家能夠經常在中級莊裡尋到寶。就在2020年新鮮出爐的中級莊名單中，入選中級莊級別的一共有249家，而Cru Bourgeois Exceptionnel只佔其中的14家，可謂實力非凡！

🔍 Chateau D'Agassac可以說是Haut Medoc 上梅多克最古老的酒莊之一﹐其歷史追溯到 1238 年。20 世紀，酒莊被法國安盟保險公司（Groupama）買下，隨後該公司對酒莊設備和管理技術進行了一次全新的改革換代。Chateau D'Agassac有着獨特的釀酒理念：追求可持續發展，尊重自然，保護環境，反對口味標準化，過多使用橡木桶，同時也反對傳統釀造工藝，敢於使用新科技，追求果香和木桶的平衡，還有香氣和酒體之間的平衡。

在如此理想及要求下，成為了中級名莊當中環境形態最好的酒莊，始於 1978 年獲得「特級中級名莊」（Exceptional Crus Bourgeois）的榮譽，直到今年2020年新鮮出爐的中級莊名單中，依然保時著這個級別沒有改變，可謂非常難得，而且也能想像其質量是非常優良👍

🉐而在 2008 年的中級莊大賽中，Chateau D'Agassac酒莊更獲得中級莊前十的榮譽。還被Wine Spectator選為年度 100 大葡萄酒之一。實力非凡💪💪

💁‍♀️這款正牌酒浸漬長達 3-4 個星期，橡木桶陳釀 12-15 個月以上。滿滿的咖啡豆香氣，夾雜著些奶油、雲尼拿、果醬、紅莓果香和木桶帶來的香氣交融在一起；入口酸度的適中，單寧細緻；葡萄的成熟度好，桶用的又不過分，果香桶香平衡得宜，餘韻時久，值得推介。Some ripe dark-fruit aromas here lead to a palate with a wealth of rich plum-flavored flesh and slightly tangy acidity.
