🔎 Chateau Doisy-Daene（多西戴恩酒莊）位於法國波爾多的巴薩克（Barsac）產區，其出品的白葡萄酒在波爾多可謂首屈一指。1846年，多西戴恩酒莊與古岱酒莊（Chateau Coutet）、克裏蒙酒莊（Chateau Climens）以及米拉特酒莊（Chateau de Myrat）一起被查爾斯·科克斯（Charles Cocks）列入巴薩克一級莊（Premier Cru）名單，1846年被列入巴薩克地區4個一級莊之一，而後又於1850年上榜查爾斯評選的波爾多十一大白葡萄酒酒莊名單。在1855年蘇玳和巴薩克官方評級（1855 Classification of Sauternes and Barsac）中，多西戴恩酒莊被評為二級莊（2eme Cru Classe）。
Chateau Doisy-Daene的名字由莊園名“Doisy”及酒莊當時的主人 Jean Jacques Emmanuel Daene 的姓氏組成。1875年，ean Jacques的三個兒子繼承了酒莊，同年，他們將部分產業賣給了 Dubroca 兄弟。往後的數十年裏，Chateau Doisy-Daene幾經輾轉，數次易主，最終於1924年被崇尚完美主義的葡萄農及釀酒師 Georges Dubourdieu 收購，往後也一直由 Dubourdieu 家族管理。1924-1949年間，Georges憑藉幾個傳奇年份使酒莊名聲大振。之後酒莊交由他的兒子皮 Pierre 管理，Pierre 是一位充滿創新熱情的企業家，他從Chateau Doisy-Dubroca 處收購了部分園地，擴大了酒莊的規模。
2000年，Denis 從父親手中接過酒莊管理指揮棒。他是波爾多大學葡萄酒學院的教授，也是一位國際知名的葡萄酒顧問，在葡萄酒釀造方面頗有建樹。Denis Dubourdieu 先生在採訪中曾說過，如果說死之前一定想喝什麼酒的話，那一定是自己父輩釀造的 Doisy-Daene 酒莊貴腐甜白。“我希望可以和他們共飲一杯，並告訴他們，這瓶酒現在喝起來依然很棒。”
這位被稱為“波爾多教授”和“白葡萄酒之父”的傳奇釀酒師 Denis Dubourdieu 曾擔任波爾多名莊釀酒顧問，包括滴金（Chateau d ’Yquem）、白馬（Cheval Blanc）和瑪歌白亭（Pavillon blanc du Chateau Margaux），在波爾多蘇岱產區繼承並創立了多家酒莊，創立了著名的“葡萄及葡萄酒科學研究中心ISVV”。並於2016年被著名的《Decanter》醇鑒雜誌評為“葡萄酒年度人物”（Man of the Year 2016）。後於同年因病辭世，這款酒也成了 Denis Dubourdieu 的遺作之一。
2004年，Denis的兩個兒子Fabrice 和 Jean 加入酒莊管理團隊，成為父親的得力助手，並於2016年正式接管酒莊。90多年來，杜波迪恩家族四代人懷著釀造上乘白葡萄酒的滿腔熱情，把酒莊經營得有聲有色。
酒莊的葡萄園共占地15公頃，園內土壤主要由黏土和白堊土構成，種植了60%賽美蓉（Semillon）及40%長相思（Sauvignon Blanc），種植密度為每公頃7,000株，平均樹齡50年。
酒莊定期對葡萄園進行傳統耕作，杜絕使用除草劑及化學合成的殺蟲劑，施用以植物為原料的有機肥料，人工進行除芽、上架以及疏葉等工作。因此，這裏的葡萄樹如同“生長在花園裏”一般，享有井然有序且備受呵護的生長環境，用其釀造的葡萄酒果香清新明快，風味濃郁，口感順滑。

The Château Doisy-Daëne 2014 is bestowed with 144 grams per liter residual sugar and a pH of 3.7. It is much more introspective compared to the Coutet at the moment, perhaps because of less residual, but it is fragrant and ethereal with wild honey, yellow flower and orange blossom scents developing with aeration. The palate is very well balanced with superb tension and fruit intensity on the entry. It is more linear than recent vintages, minerally with a lovely twist of sour lemon imparting tension and vivacity on the crystalline finish. This is a fabulous Doisy-Daëne from Denis Dubourdieu.

The 2014 Doisy-Daene has a fragrant bouquet with dried honey, almond,peach skin and orange blossom aromas that gently unfold with aeration.The palate is medium-bodied with a fine bead of acidity, fresh and poised with a captivating undercurrent of mineralite that surfaces towards the finish and counters the richness of this finely made Sauternes. Tasted blind at the annual Southwold tasting.

Creamed pineapple, yellow apple and ginger notes form the core here, which has ample weight but moves gracefully, as orange zest and elderflower honey details stream underneath. A bitter citrus oil accent hangs on the finish for a long time. Has a lot of power for a Barsac. Best from 2020 through 2040.

This is a bit shy on the nose, but it’s a powerful and muscular wine with moderate sweetness for the appellation. Lot of botrytis. If you have patience this will reveal a lot more in a couple of years. Ideal balance for foie gras!
