Chateau Marojallia 2018 瑪若嘉酒莊 Margaux 瑪歌 《ZTF609A》

Chateau Marojallia 位於法國波爾多Haut Medoc的Margaux，是波爾多左岸著名的Garage Wine（車庫酒）酒莊。

酒莊位於一級莊ChateauMargaux和二級莊ChateauDurfort Vivens附近，1999年Philippe Porcheron在Roger Rex的瑪歌風土區購買了葡萄園，在車庫酒教父Jean-LucThunevin跟其夫人MurielleAndraud的幫助下ChateauMarojallia釀造了首款年份酒，同時也是瑪歌產區首款車庫酒，。2000年的年份酒同樣由Murielle Andraud釀造。之後，酒莊邀請到了世界著名的“飛行釀酒師”米歇爾·羅蘭（Michel Rolland）作為釀酒顧問。

酒莊在推出首款年份酒時，還只有2.5公頃的葡萄牙，後期通過不斷擴展，目前總面積4公頃，其中70%種植赤霞珠，30%梅洛，平均樹齡25年。雖然相對與很多百年傳承的酒莊來講，Chateau Marojallia係一家非常年輕的酒莊，但釀造的紅酒卻毫不遜色於列級莊。

Chateau Marojallia葡萄酒通常在具有溫控功能的不銹鋼桶中進行釀造，隨後在木桶中進行Malolactic Fermentation（蘋果酸-乳酸發酵）。正牌酒在裝瓶前全部會在法國新橡木桶中陳釀18至24個月，年產量約為1,250箱。

The 2018 Marojallia is gorgeous. Dark cherry, mocha, espresso, licorice, menthol and sweet spice all flesh out in this succulent, lush Margaux. All the elements meld together effortlessly... This is an especially creamy, racy style.
