酒莊位於聖艾美隆著名的南向坡地上（Southern slopes），緊鄰名莊 Château Pavie 與 Château Angélus 所在的優質地塊，光照充足。

主要種植 Merlot (約 90%)，輔以少量 Cabernet Franc 與 Cabernet Sauvignon。這種配比賦予了酒液豐富的果味與柔軟的單寧。土壤結構以粘土（Clay）與石灰石（Limestone）為主，這種組合能讓酒款在濃郁度與礦物感的細緻度之間取得平衡。

葡萄園和酒莊的種植管理都經過精心規劃，並遵循相同的嚴格標準。手工採摘並裝入小箱子，確保了葡萄的卓越品質。釀酒工藝融合了傳統與現代技術，最大限度地發揮了每個年份的潛力。這三種葡萄的組合賦予了葡萄酒柔順、精緻和結構感。

這款葡萄酒部分（60%）在新橡木桶中陳釀，旨在柔化單寧，同時保留果香。最後釀造出的聖埃米利永葡萄酒風味深邃，精緻柔順，口感如天鵝絨般絲滑，結構清晰。 

The nose offers aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry, complemented by notes of toasted bread and vanilla. On the palate, the tannins are relatively firm, yet the structure remains supple and pleasant. This is a wine to cellar, as it shows great promise for the future and is expected to reach its peak around 2032.
