Chateau pichon bellevue is a boutique winery located in the Graves of Vayres region of Entre-Deux-Mers, Bordeaux, France.

The history of the winery can be traced back to the end of the 19th century. After the Reclus family moved in in 1880, the winery was gradually expanded. Initially, only 2 hectares of mixed crops were planted. After four generations of hard work, the area gradually grew from two hectares to fifty hectares. In 1982, the winery began bottling in its own cellar, marking the beginning of modern production.

The winery's vineyards are located on a plateau on the left bank of the Dordogne River, with plenty of sunlight and good drainage. The vineyard has a unique microclimate, with hot summers and mild winters. The temperature is high and the sunshine is abundant during the day, but it is cool at night. The temperature difference between day and night is large, which is conducive to the accumulation of glucose and the condensation of flavor substances.

The soil type of the vineyard is gravel soil, which is rich in nutrients. The winery uses stainless steel barrels for fermentation and large oak barrels for aging. The wine is generally aged in oak barrels for 12 months before being bottled.
