酒莊成立於1984年有著悠久的歷史，2014年為了紀念所有者的父親，酒莊正式由Château Croix Figeac更名為Château Pierre 1er。酒莊位於波美侯產區的邊緣聖埃美隆老村，在經過幾代人的不懈努力，酒莊的品質和知名度得到了很大的提升，在聖愛美隆產區頗有名氣。

風土與釀造

葡萄園朝南，有著得天獨厚的棕沙土壤，葡萄藤平均樹齡為34年，葡萄品種為 80% 梅洛和 20% 品麗珠。主要採用手工採摘並且是在板條箱中完成的，由於對年份的精心挑選，葡萄園得到了極大的照顧。另外兩個振動分選臺，由一個去梗機隔開，用於雙重選擇沒有植物碎片的成熟豆。所有這些操作都是在沒有泵送、重力或升降機的情況下進行的。發酵（在冷浸漬的一半收穫之前）在溫度調節的大桶中進行 27 至 35 天。蘋果酸乳酸發酵在新桶中進行，占收成的 50%。然後，在新桶和 1 年的桶中進行陳釀。繁殖時間因批次而異，從 12 個月到 16 個月不等，在酒糟上臨時陳化。

With medium to full-bodied richness, ripe, silky tannin's, and a great finish, this is another pleasure-bent, seamless, elegant 2018 with loads to love. It's going to shine over the coming 10-15 years.

Deep garnet-purple colored, the 2018 Pierre 1er gives expressive blackberries, black cherries and warm plums scents with touches of cloves, mocha and sautéed herbs. Medium to full-bodied, it has a firm, fine-grained texture and appealing freshness with a savory finish.
