佩薩克里奧南（Pessac-Leognan）位於波爾多（Bordeaux）南端、格拉夫（Graves）北部，臨近加隆河（Garonne）左岸，是一個優秀的AOC葡萄酒產區。產區主要為沙質碎石土壤，叢林密佈，松樹林立，擁有8個風景秀麗的村莊。與波爾多其它產區不同，佩薩克-雷奧雖然紅葡萄酒居於主導地位，卻以優質的白葡萄酒和紅葡萄酒聞名遐邇。1855年的波爾多酒莊評級中，此產區的侯伯王（Chateau Haut-Brion）是唯一一家不屬於上梅多克（Haut-Medoc）產區的一級酒莊。

佛澤爾酒莊   (Chateaude Fieuzal) 擁有400年的悠久歷史，經歷了5個不同家族擁有酒莊，1953年被評選為格拉夫列級酒莊   (Crus classes de Grave)。

十九世紀由佛澤爾家族   (Fieuzal) 創建。酒莊建立沒多久後便幾經易主，歷經5個家族的傳承。從最初創建酒莊的佛澤爾（Fieuzal）家族一直到現在掌管酒莊的奎寧（Quinn）家族，每位擁有者都為酒莊的發展做出了貢獻現任莊主為 Brenda  & Lochlann Quinn 由 2011年購入酒莊管理至今。這個格拉夫列級酒莊的葡萄酒同樣以其優良的白葡萄酒和豐滿的紅葡萄酒而聞名。非常重視風土的傳統使得酒莊出產卓越的葡萄酒，同時也保護了自然遺產的特殊多樣性。

2006年，邀請了金鐘酒莊（Chateau Angelus）的莊主兼釀酒師赫伯特·德寶德（Hubert de Bouard）擔任其釀酒顧問。

2007年，經驗豐富的天才釀酒師   Stephen Carrier 原本來自香檳區   (Champagne)，擁有   Reims Unviersity 釀酒學文憑，曾在波爾多   Chateau Pichon-Longueville Baron 和   Chateau Lynch-Bages 酒莊工作 6 年，也曾在Napa Valley 為   LVMH 的   Bernard Arnault 任職。也加入酒莊並負責帶領酒莊的釀酒團隊。在他們的努力下， Chateau de Fieuzal 的葡萄酒品質不斷提升，酒莊聲譽也越來越好。

酒莊佔地 75公頃，位於滿佈碎石的小丘上，土壤層淺，多石有利排水和吸熱，賦予葡萄酒極強的礦物感，平均樹齡三十年，年產紅酒 11萬瓶和白酒 2萬瓶。Chateau de Fieuzal 陳熟於橡木桶 14-18個月，大約 60%採用全新橡木桶，酒莊副牌為   L'Abeille de Fieuzal 。

呢款乾白在法國橡木桶中陳釀 12 個月，逐漸充滿整個味蕾，同時提供令人愉悅的果香、果味和花香組合。帶有濃鬱的烤梨、熱帶水果鳳梨乾、榛果和果醬的香氣。酒體飽滿，酸度明亮。濃密有力。

This has a rich, toasty nose of cooked pear, dried pineapple, hazelnut and marmalade. It’s full-bodied with bright acidity. Dense and powerful.

De Fieuzal's 2018 Blanc bursts with tropical fruit notions of green guava, fresh pineapple and mango, followed by nuances of yuzu zest, lime leaves and jasmine. The medium-bodied palate delivers fantastic freshness and intensity with loads of citrusy layers, delivered with lovely harmony, finishing on a lingering pineapple note.
