The Borgeot family has been involved in the wine industry for over a hundred years. From 1903 to the present, the business is still managed by the family. Now the fourth generation managers are brothers Laurent and Pascal. Domaine Borgeot, which was named in 1985, currently has 23 hectares and the winery has many plots. In Chassagne-Montrachet and Puligny-Montrachet, the younger brother Pascal has a calm and step-by-step personality, and often brings the unrestrained and energetic older brother Laurent back to reality. These personalities are also reflected in the quality of Borgeot's wine. The wines made by the brothers have a unique Very balanced and delicious taste, amazing.

Whether it is old tradition or new thinking, Borgeot now operates biodynamically, using natural fertilizers and maintaining active land, cultivating healthy and vigorous vines, and at the same time improving quality by controlling yields. After the grapes are picked by hand, they are then selected on another conveyor belt. During cultivation, only a small number of new barrels are used to add color to the wine, maintaining the original appearance of pure and delicious grapes.

Located close to Meursault, thePuligny-Montrachet ‘Les Grands Champs’ is aged for 11 months in French oakbarrels, of which 25% is new oak, creating rich intensity on the palate.
