Domaine du Beauregard is located in the Côtes du Couchois, between the Côtes de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise, and is now in its fifth generation.

The current owners, brother and sister Stéphanie and Jérôme, are the fifth generation of the family business.

The history of the estate dates back to the 1810s, when the first vineyards were purchased, and to the 1930s, when their great-grandfather Germain Dépernon started trading, laying the foundations for passing on the passion for wine and the family business.

In 2000, the family business was renamed "Domaine du Beauregard".

Domaine du Beauregard's 16 hectares of vineyards are managed with respect for nature and with an emphasis on sustainability.

The vineyards are located in different terroirs, with their vines planted in Saint Sernin du Plain, Sampigny les Maranges, Dezize les Maranges, Paris l'Hôpital and Cheilly les Maranges.

The winery emphasizes the vintage differences of each wine.

Basically, all the wines are aged in French oak barrels and the Lunar Phases are emphasized during the barrel and bottle racking process, which is carried out during the "Flower Days" and "Fruit Days", as well as during the "waning moon", according to the phases of the moon.

The "Flower Day" is the time when the wine's aromas and flavors are at their most intense. On this day, all the aromas of the wine seem to unfold, giving the best sensory experience. The "Fruity" days are chosen to emphasize the fruity aromas of the wines, making them fresher and more balanced
