講緊既係 Domaine Jean Tardy & Fils，Tardy家族曾定居在Flagey-Echezeaux，Victor Tardy 曾與酒神Henri Jayer共事一起在Domaine Meo-Camuzet工作。而Tardy家族因幫忙Camuzet打理葡萄園並分到一些土地共同種植。其後兒子 Jean Tardy接任，繼續幫 Meo Camuzet 打理享負盛名的 Premier Crus 和 Grand Cru田如Clos Vougeot等等。由於跟 Camuzet 家族那些共同種植的合約快到期，家族於是在80年代開始收購Chambolle Musigny、Nuits-St-Georges、Vosne Romanee、Gevrey Chambertin等葡萄園，其後建立自己的酒莊。1997年專研釀酒學的Guillaume Tardy回到酒莊幫手，並在2003年接手酒莊，與父親一起釀製葡萄酒，結合傳統知識與現代技術，酒莊佔地僅五公頃，大多為老藤。葡萄園管理在冬季修剪、春季去芽並實施綠色採收，確保葡萄更能集中精華。釀酒使用冷浸法與全去梗，釀造採用溫控大桶發酵，之後在木桶中陳釀15至16個月(村級35%、一級50%、特級75%的新桶)。Guillaume力求展現每塊風土的優雅與醇美。

值得一提被譽為釀造上帝之酒的神莊Domaine Sylvain Cathiard於2016年開始停止與各酒莊交換葡萄酒，但唯獨Domaine Jean Tardy & Fils保持交換。Sebastien Cathiard 曾說：「他沒有辦法抗拒 Jean Tardy 濃郁卻細緻的單寧結構，豐腴卻高雅的口感！除了他自己的酒以外，Jean Tardy 是他的第二最愛！」可見Sylvain Cathiard多麼認同Guillaume釀造的佳釀。

「 60-year-old vines whose roots go directly into the base rock. A deeper nose – wide at the base – the more modest higher tones are quite silky. Extra silky in the mouth, relatively linear to start too. I like the mineral drive here – not overly energetic but cool-fruited with melting flavour. Beautifully constructed and like the other wines in the cellar a very fine and growing floral accent to the finishing flavour too. Excellent! This, probably harder to pick blind than the last 3…」Burgundy Report
