E. Guigal Condrieu 2021 吉佳樂世家酒莊孔得裏約白《風土系酒款 - ZTF841C 》

E.Guigal 吉佳樂世家酒莊是 Cote-Rotie 著名的酒廠。1946年，Etienne Guigal 在 Cote-Rotie 的釀酒中心 Ampuis 創建了該酒莊，一幹就幹了67年多。1961年，年輕的 Marcel Guigal 接替了父親管理酒莊。在 Marcel 的努力下，酒莊開始收購一些知名的酒莊，1984年，他收購了 Vidal-Fleury。2000年，又收購了位於 Saint-Joseph 和 Hermitage 的 Jean-Louis GRIPPAT estate，位於 Cote-Rotie, Hermitage, Saint-Joseph 和 Crozes-Hermitage 的 Domaine de VALLOUIT，實力不斷提升，從當初的1.3萬瓶到現在每年7百萬瓶。

現在，該家族的第3代成員 Philippe Guigal 擔任著該酒莊的釀酒師，與 Bernadette, Marcel 一起構成酒莊的核心力量，生產 Cote-Rotie, Condrieu, Hermitage, St.-Joseph, Crozes- Hermitage 等多個 AOC 酒款，而該酒莊在羅訥河谷南部生產的 Chateauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Tavel, Cotes du Rhone 的酒款也會在這裏陳年。擁有超過45公頃的葡萄園地，在 Cote-Rotie 擁有的葡萄園地包括：Cote Blonde 主要種植 Syrah，Cote Brune 主要種植 Viognier 和少量Syrah。其中不少相當優秀，在 Cote-Rotie 的3塊最優秀的園地分別是 La Mouline, La Turque, La Landonne。其中 La Mouline 位於金黃丘；La Turque 位於棕丘，其土壤富含葉岩和鐵的氧化物，在極陡的 Cote Rotie 坡地上人工精細的耕耘栽培，數量稀少，每年只生產 400-800 箱，成為全球愛酒人士不計代價想要收藏的隆河珍釀！

酒莊的葡萄園全部使用有機肥料，白葡萄酒使用木桶發酵，紅葡萄酒在不銹鋼酒槽發酵，所有的葡萄酒發酵都不添加人工酵母，釀造時也很少過濾和翻桶，儘量減少人為的因素干擾發酵和陳釀過程。安裝了多個智能機械手，自動化程度很高，整個流水裝瓶線只有3人在操作。Philippe 認為 Viognier 關鍵在於平衡性，此款1/3於新橡木桶，2/3於不銹鋼進行低溫酒精發酵，有著非常純粹的香氣，柔和圓潤，典型的 Viognier 葡萄與白桃子和杏的香氣。

Reveals ripe kumquat, green plum and pear puree notes that have a glycerol texture on a finely tuned palate, with heather and dried thyme accents. The density builds in this juicy yet restrained white, with finely crushed minerals driving tension throughout a finish that goes on and on. Delicious.

There's not much to go around (Guigal lost 50% of their production due to frost in Condrieu), but the 2021 Condrieu is a beautiful wine offering lots of variety in its white peach, tart apricot, truffly earth, and floral aromas and flavors. Balanced, medium-bodied, and elegant, in short, it's a textbook and outstanding Condrieu.
