Gustave Lorentz酒莊是阿爾薩斯三大國際知名酒莊之一，歷史悠久，創立於1836年，至今已有超過180年悠久歷史，傳承至家族的第七代。酒莊位於法國阿爾薩斯的Bergheim，擁有超過三十三公頃自家葡萄園，當中Altenberg de Bergheim特級園以及位於Kanzlerberg的特級園。

現時酒莊由第七代的Georges Lorentz掌舵。他意識到當前和未來的環境挑戰，在 2009 年轉為有機種植。2012 年開始，他們所有自家葡萄園的出品都獲得有機認證。酒莊的規模雖然大，但依舊堅持全部人手採收。值得一提的是，1983年，阿爾薩斯產區隨著開始界定最優良的葡萄園為「特級園」，(Grand Cru)，使其葡萄酒水準更上層樓。而近十多年更明顯的全球暖化，也令此區的酒產生更多變化。酒莊生產的酒款經常被著名航空公司（法國航空公司、日本航空公司、阿聯酋航空）采用，作爲頭等艙用酒。

使用人手挑選及收割的葡萄，按傳統二次發酵法釀造。除渣前，經瓶內陳年2-3年。帶有細膩的青蘋果、檸檬香氣，並擁有杏仁和酥皮麵包、餅乾的味道。入口爽口，酸度清脆而且氣泡細膩，酒體適中。這款酒款非常適合用作開胃酒，且受到大量酒店、餐廳和航空公司的青睞。酒單中常見這款Alsace氣泡酒的身影！！
