喺1825年由Joseph Perrier成立，1862年已經開始備受關注，亦開始拎到唔同嘅獎項～1889更加開始為Queen Victoria維多利亞女王同繼承嘅大仔King Edward VII 愛德華7世供應香檳，成為英國皇室御用香檳！到今日傳到畀第6代嘅Benjamin Fourmon.

酒莊位於Marne嘅Châlons-en-Champagne, 呢度曾經係Champagne重鎮，係Epernay嘅對手，但因為phylloxera 根瘤蚜令徹底改變成一個行政城市... 而Joseph Perrier係區內最後一間屹立不倒嘅酒莊，就知道Joseph Perrier一定有返咁上下！

Owner + winemaker Benjamin Fourmon and Father Jean Claude Fourmon

酒莊只有23公頃，同香檳大廠比算係小型家族酒莊，葡萄園有南向坡度吸收更多陽光，喺較北嘅地理位置上可以令葡萄更加容易成熟，亦可以減低霜害嘅影響～

酒莊呢款Cuvee Royale Brut 自1825年至今都維持著同一個House Style，用上35% Chardonnay、35 % Pinot Noir 同30% Pinot Meunier ，333嘅葡萄比例塑造出好典型嘅香檳感覺，乜都有啲～有20%酒係 Reserve Wine，加上即使係入門酒款都陳年咗36個月先推出巿場！帶出複雜嘅香檳陳熟香氣，非常有誠意！近年亦越做越好，連Wine Advocate (William Kelley)都話: It's testimony to the progress made at Joseph Perrier in the last decade. 即刻睇下酒評同實試報告～

The latest release of Joseph Perrier's NV Brut Cuvée Royale is showing well, revealing a generous bouquet of ripe apples, mandarin, warm biscuits and subtle hints of honeycomb. On the palate, it's medium to full-bodied, fleshy and rounded, with a generous core of fruit, ripe acids and a youthfully frothy mousse. It's testimony to the progress made at Joseph Perrier in the last decade.

An attractive, yellow-citrus style with plenty of zesty acidity on the palate.The drive and richness here are impressive.

好classic但有驚喜！除咗果香芝士餅乾嗰啲典型香檳香氣之外，都有煙燻礦物，少少咖啡，明顯菇菌，杏仁同燕麥香～入口酸度典型但包得幾好～有少少單寧嘅感覺，入口味道同body都好夠，抵喎！
