Guosheng Nakano Brewery was founded in the first year of Honghua (1844 AD) and has a history of about 170 years. In the tradition and history of local sake (local wine) brewing, the precious geographical and natural environment is an extremely important factor. As Japan prospered, the sake brewing industry also prospered, and it was with this belief that the brewery was named "Kokusei". After entering the Meiji era, Kunimori's brewing volume and reputation continued to increase significantly. At the end of the Meiji era, it cooperated with "Yukizan" Shuzo and established a joint venture with Marunaka Shuzo. After that, "Yukizan" and "Sohai" Shuzo merged and laid a solid foundation. In 1990, the name was changed to Nakano Shuzo.

The brewing site is located in Edo (now Aichi Prefecture), where the average annual temperature is 15.5 degrees Celsius, and many beautiful sakes are brewed using the blessings of nature. The traditional brewing technology is still preserved, and you can taste the century-old flavor accumulated in history. The brewing water used by "Kokusei" is all pure natural water, and the sake brewed has a round and elegant flavor. The brand's global Monde Selection dedicated to international high-end ingredients has won the highest gold award for three consecutive years, and was awarded the "International Highest Quality Award" by the International High Quality Trophy.

Made using a blend of 100% plum produced in Japan and Ceylon tea extracted from tea leaves. The sweetness and sourness of plum wine blend perfectly with the aroma of Ceylon tea.
