Chateau La Fleur Lauga 2021 Saint-Julien Cru Artisan 《Terroir Collection - TF177》

Formerly named Château Capdet, by the nameof the family of the owners of this family farm until the 2014 vintage. ChâteauLa fleur Lauga was taken over for the 2015 harvest by EARL C.BRUN with the helpof a group of investors.

Located in the municipality of Beychevelle,the vines are planted on the gravel, in the middle of the Grands Crus Classésplots of AOC Saint-Julien. These exceptional soils, our experience and ourviticultural and oenological knowledge acquired on the family property ofChâteau de Lauga in Haut-Médoc for more than 7 generations, allow us to producea wine worthy of this beautiful appellation of Saint-Julien.

The vines are cultivated with the greatestcare and harvested by hand. The grapes are then vinified in our cellars bypigeages and the wines are aged in French oak barrels for 18 months. The blendmainly Cabernet Sauvignon (90%) and Merlot (10%) gives our wines a strong agingpotential while maintaining a lot of elegance thanks to a round and ample mouthwith fine and silky tannins.
