🔔 有跟開嘅酒友都知金鐘莊主出品一向好有保證，今次呢枝更加唔需要多講，喺呢個咁平凡嘅產區都可以出到枝酒價非凡嘅頂級款，仲未識嘅酒友真係要睇睇👇🏻

📖 Lalande de Pomerol一向畀人覺得係出平價酒嘅印象，而金鐘莊主Hubert一開始都只係想搵Saint emilion嘅地，就算有朋友介紹呢個莊園之下都有啲懷疑～但當認真研究之後就發現世上原來有啲咁抵嘅嘢！用Saint emilion 1/10嘅價錢就可以買到拍得住Pomerol嘅頂級風土，喺最靚嘅地段甚至有坡度同Petrus嘅藍黏土！所以Hubert就即刻表示："this is really the terroir for me", 喺1998年買入25公頃嘅葡萄園，決定果然非常正確，葡萄園頂級到喺2000年一推出就拎到RP親評99分！仲喺2001年被瑞士酒評網Weinwisser稱為Best Merlot！自此就成為咗產區甚至成個波爾多嘅標竿，令全世界都對Lalande de Pomerol改觀，唔同酒莊都相繼加入產區💪🏻而Hubert都講到："*This is not a small appellation behind Pomerol, but a great appellation*", 就知道產區個潛力真係好大～

🏡 La fleur呢個名係因為葡萄園陽光普照，葡萄好早開花而嚟～酒莊由Hubert同大女Coralie合作管理 + 釀酒，莊內仲有個釀酒實驗室去以高科技提升酒質。酒莊有3款酒款，呢款旗艦酒用上最精華2公頃，平均60年樹齡嘅100% Merlot，年產只有約5000枝，喺全新法國桶陳熟30個月！時間長之餘仲有18個月係on lees, 無澄清無過濾，夠哂Juicy～

值得一提嘅係葡萄園由1998年開始用咗12年時間規劃 + 翻新，所以呢款2010年係葡萄園翻新後嘅第一個年份～仲要係世紀靚年，值得一試嘅Best Merlot～

A luxury cuvee, the 2007 La Plus de la Fleur de Bouard can compete with some of Bordeaux’s finest wines. Fashioned from a 5-acre parcel with tightly spaced vines (yields were 20 hectoliters per hectare), this sensational 2007 achieved 14% natural alcohol, no small feat in a vintage such as this. Revealing dense notes of blueberry pie, violets, creme de cassis, kirsch, and smoke, this opaque ruby/purple-colored, full-bodied wine should drink well for a decade or more.
