Chateau Monbrun

Château Monbrun extends over two plots of the Pomerol appellation over 2.23 ha. A plot is located next to Château Fayat. Château Monbrun comes from a "classic" vinification in thermo-regulated vats after manual picking and sorting. Aging is done in stainless steel vats and new barrels, and 1 and 2 wines. The other plot, located in Catusseau, opposite Château La Pointe, is used to vinify the Grand Vin de Monbrun. The Grand Vin de Monbrun is a cuvée in "integral vinification", in 400 L new French oak barrels.

Dark color with purple hues, racy nose, fine black and ripe red fruits, spices, toast, woody touch, minty background.The palate has a remarkable balance, combining power and freshness. rich, great wine.
