巴黎之花 (Perrier Jouet) 的誕生始於一段浪漫唯美的愛情——1811年，Pierre-Nicolas-Marie Perrier與Adele Jouet在埃佩爾內市(Epernay)結婚。出於對香檳共同的熱愛，二人創建了巴黎之花 (Perrier Jouet) 香檳廠，一個優雅超凡、威望卓著的香檳品牌由此誕生。

Made from 50% Chardonnay, with 45% PinotNoir and the rest Meunier, and 8 grams per liter of dosage, the 2014 ChampagneBelle Epoque Brut pours a brilliant straw hue and is fresh with aromas of whitepeach, a touch of fresh pineapple, and fresh tropical flowers. Medium tofull-bodied, it has a more expansive feel on the palate, with more structureand a lively mousse that lends a touch of white pepper on the finish. Thepalate at this stage is ripe, with pure notes peach fruit, and it’s very freshin its style.
